The NEW Blue Jay (previously known as Ropa Cabana) just opened today!!! The manager of Ropa Cabana from last season is the new owner/operator and we are so excited for her! Our beloved curry dog is BACK! Last year it was a crowd favorite so we had to remake it!

We drown the dog with our homemade curry along with a dollop of mango chutney. We finish with a drizzle of yogurt sauce, black sesame seeds, and garnish with a sprig of cilantro🌿

💤Sleepy Dog💤

Stop by our beach shack and try our unique breakfast hotdog. It is one of our favorites to serve!

We make an onion, tomato, and cheese omelette to order and stuff it into a cream cheese bun with 2 sausage links (veggie links are available as well🥦). We top off this dog with salsa and freshly diced jalapeños!

We serve the Sleepy Dog until 1 o’clock-ish.

When Louis was younger he lived far away from anyone who knew how to tune. He took matters into his own hands and learned to tune himself. He claims it isn’t a perfect job, but neither is our piano! We love imperfect here at Ropa😊
