Yes... having meals while body is hungry is equally important to having meals on time rather I would say make your body hungry

It is a journey āœØ
And trust me this journey didnā€™t begun just from the left hand before picture.. it started way before it.. From age of 13, where no one actually understands what fitness is to till date where me helping people understand true fitness.
Itā€™s obvious people think fitness is just shrinking in your body and getting to XS.
My journey from thirteen was a roller coaster sometimes L sometimes XS, though it was XS I was never a fit person yes I was lean
I am proud today irrespective of size ,shape I can say Iā€™m fit.
What is fitness to me?
Drug free life, strength, stamina, energy, active lifestyle and a pleasant charm on the face.
Donā€™t go behind shrinking your body but learn about true fitness.

Okay let me just wake up do these things and go back to sleep

And then wait and check how you feel
Iā€™m sure you ll be ready for workouts and then your day will be šŸ’„
