Good morning!! I’ve finally fully healed and am ready to get back on my diet and fitness journey. To jump start my weight loss I will start with a fast. I will post my weigh in and eating plan later to day. I hope you join me and engage in this fitness challenge!

Most people are concerned about exercise verses dieting and which is best for weight loss. However, both provide a benefit but in different ways.

Although dieting only leads to short term results it motivates most to strive to keep going and once they start to see results it prevents them from wanting to go back to an unhealthy life style.

First I want to thank each and everyone of who has liked or visited A New You! Thank you all so much for your support! We were excited to announce our launch for April 26 unfortunately I have had to have emergency surgery and have been hospitalized. We are estimating 2 weeks but could be 6 weeks. I promise though my desire to help others has not diminished and although I can’t officially launch I will post some helpful information starting tomorrow that can help you start your journey on your own! A New You is right around the corner let us help get you there!
