We are excited to share information about the 3rd annual Courses for Connection Mental Health Awareness Month walk. Join us at the Harrison County location!

Time: 9:00AM – 11:00AM
Place: Sally Buffalo Park, meet at Wallace Lodge

Whether you’ve been personally affected by mental health challenges or simply want to show your support, your presence matters. Tag a friend below and help us spread the word. Let’s walk to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and promote a community of support for mental health.

The first 200 registrants will receive a swag bag and t-shirt, but all registrants will be entered into a drawing to win a prize.

As we prepare to ring in the new year, here is our class calendar for January 2024! Please note a change from normal scheduling: SilverSneakers Active & Yoga will move to Wednesdays in the new year with SilverSneakers Classic now on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
