Are you actually making progress or just procrastinating? 🧑‍💻

It's easy to get distracted by scrolling and doing other less important tasks.

You'd be surprised by how much time is wasted.

If aren’t tracking your daily work and time spent on each task you can’t measure your real capacity. And guesswork won’t take you very far.

If you want a 7-figure business, you need a 7-figure project management system.

Testimonials (or the lack of them) will tell you the truth about your product.

If you have a testimonial problem, you might have a product problem.

This metric can help you evaluate the success of your service and if you are serving the right audience.

If you aren't asking for testimonials or feedback, I want to propose a challenge - contact all of your current clients in the next 7 days and ask for their opinion about your service.

I would love to hear what you find out!

Need help creating and installing a feedback system in your business? DM "Operations" and let's talk about how you can start.

I’ve helped multiple businesses scale to 7 & 8 figures over the years. Here are a few things I've learned. 👇

➡️ You won’t grow without repeatable results. You need to be able to provide the same results over and over again to different clients. If you don't understand how you get your clients results, you won't be able to convince anyone of your product's value.

➡️ Understanding your sales metrics is essential. You must know in depth how much it costs to acquire a new client. How many conversations you need to have to convert a sale. Knowing your sales data is how you find your weaknesses and can better strategize to grow.

➡️ Hiring can be difficult and finding the right person might take time. And hiring mistakes can cost A LOT.

➡️ It takes a long time to regain a client’s trust once it's lost. So do what you can to maintain a good relationship and trust level with your clients.

➡️ Distractions will slow you down. Avoid falling for the Shiny Object Syndrome and have a strong focus. Trying to juggle too much at once will hinder your progress.

➡️ Burnout is real. And once you hit it, it's hard to recover. Focus on your well-being and try to have time to relax. Find activities that keep you grounded and happy in your free time.

➡️ Overcomplicated processes affect your scalability. The simpler and more centralized, the better. It might make sense for you, but the more complicated it is, the more you will struggle with delegating and training a team on it. And you don't want to become the bottleneck of your business.

➡️ The key to growth is great operations, not just a good product. You may have an incredible product, but if your business doesn't run smoothly you won't be able to scale. From sales to onboarding, to client delivery and team management. Every component matters to avoid mistakes and money losses.

What are your thoughts? Do you believe your operations good enough to achieve your goals in 2024?

The absolute worst piece of sales advice I ever received 👇

🚫 “Do anything to close the deal” 🚫

It might even sound harmless at first. Or perhaps true.

I mean, we all want to close every deal, don’t we?

Well… not always.

Doing anything to close a deal can lead to lies and exaggeration. And that WILL backfire in the future.

First - you are setting up your new client for failure. They aren’t buying your product - they are buying your lie. And soon they will learn the truth. That can hurt your image and authority long-term.

Second - if you sell to every single lead without filter, you might end up serving people you actually can't help. Or maybe worse -> people you don’t enjoy working with.

So when you're selling your product make sure you have systems in place to qualify your leads in advance and think about how to make it appealing without making promises you might not be able to keep.

Today, I celebrate another year on this earth.🎂

When I look back and think of the little boy in this photo, I wish I could tell him that, no matter how hard life would feel at times, or how many challenges he would face, it will all be worth it.

This year, I am celebrating a birthday while holding my son for the first time.

I knew life would feel different when I had children. But nothing could've prepared me for how much love I feel right now, how much gratitude I have knowing that he is healthy, and how lucky I am to I have the best partner I could have ever dreamed of to raise him with me.

And now, I am looking forward to what the next year will bring me. ✌️

It’s not just you. Holiday fatigue is REAL! 😮‍💨

Research shows that eight in ten Americans feel that expectations and events around the holiday season increase their stress. While nearly three in ten people claim they get less sleep around the holidays.

And for business owners, it can feel even worse!

➡️ The increased workload combined with personal engagements can easily push people to the edge.

➡️ Staffing challenges may arise - your team might also be feeling the winter blues or increased stress from the holiday. There is the need to fit in time off across the team without sacrificing clients’ results. All of which can be challenging for a CEO.

➡️ The holiday season often comes with increased expenses and financial pressure. If targets and goals for the year haven’t been met, this can feel even more frustrating.

➡️ All of the above can lead to decision-making fatigue, impacting the owner's ability to make sound judgments.

So, if you feel overwhelmed, step back, take a deep breath, and remember you are not alone.

The best you can do to navigate this season is to have a bullet-proof operational system that ensures your business can run like a well-oiled machine at all times.

What are your biggest operational challenges during the end of the year? 👇

If you want to scale your business in 2024, listen up. 🗣️

It's time to start preparing and create a strong foundation for the new year.

1️⃣ Reflect about the past year. Write down your biggest wins and biggest failures. What could you do to maximize wins and avoid similar mistakes?

2️⃣ Time to set your goals. What do you want to accomplish by December 2024?

3️⃣ Establish your KPIs. You have your goals, now you need to know what metrics you’re going to use to measure your success throughout the year.

4️⃣ Review your Client Avatar. Do you know who is your ideal client? Remember: if you want to sell you need to know who you are selling to.

5️⃣ Take time to BREATHE. Don’t try to do everything you haven’t done during the rest of the year. This is a tendency amongst most people. December arrives and it hits “I still haven’t achieved THAT goal”. In the case of entrepreneurs, they will work over hours and burn themselves to the ground trying to do the impossible. Resulting in burnout and a stressful beginning of the year. So focus on consistency. If you missed your targets, reflect on the why, do your best to have the best December as possible, but with a sustainable energy you can maintain through out January… February… and the rest of the following year.

💡And finally, remember: if you want success you need to understand your metrics. To help you project your goal revenue and make better decisions, I am giving away access to the Ultimate Projection Tool I've created in Google Sheets.

This Thanksgiving, as I reflect on the countless blessings in my life, my heart is full of gratitude.

Being a husband and a new father has filled my world with joy and love. To my incredible wife, Allie: your strength, love, and unwavering support keep me going every single day.
