Working in a high stressful job is already mentally ,emotionally and physically exhausting.
It does become challenging to manage it all but the way to overcome this is to have routine and habits in place so you don’t have to make decisions on your WLSJ too.

Believe me I know all too well….
I used to get so frustrated when work threw a curveball at me and I couldn't make it to a favorite gym class or I was going to have to stay at work way longer then I wanted to and I didn't have enough food to last.
I overcame this by making peace with the fact that my job is random sometimes and I understand that I could be prepare for the random s**t cause I always figure s**t out
Fast forward
I always have protein shakes in my locker or work refrigerator
I always pack one extra meal when I meal prep just in case and if I don’t eat it I leave it at work
I have a workout plan I do when I can’t make my regular routine

A revision won’t 🚫solve for a habit and behavior problem .
