celery, cucumber, & lime juice. I don’t have a juicer so I just use my blender & strain it with cheese cloth. Something about straining it by hand just makes me feel more connected to whatever I made.🤍 (and all organic as always)

celery juice might just be my new favorite thing 😍🌱 it’s so refreshing & has so many health benefits. & i always have ginger stocked up in some capacity, this time juiced with orange juice🙏🏼 health and healing to you all!!

The Beer Keep is thrilled to host our first Vegan Community Night! This event is a social networking event for people interested in promoting veganism and advocating for animal rights. 🐶🌱
For this first event we're offering 15% off all vegan food items to introduce the vegan community to our space and food program.
Our food menu is built around giving those who eat vegan the same opportunity to eat fun just like everyone else. All items are entirely vegan or have vegan counterparts with the crown jewel being our vegan garbage plates.
While Beer is our namesake we also have a fun wine program and carry an impressive diversity of seltzers, ciders, kombucha and NA beverages.

Soy curls, broccoli, pad thai noodles and a yummy peanut sauce I threw together😋
I’ve been loving cooking with soy curls lately!! They have the best chicken texture, and soak up whatever flavor you want them to. They are also a very minimally processed form of soy (pretty sure the least processed?) which is a huge plus!!

I’ve been loving chickpea pasta lately!! It’s a great way to get extra protein in. This pasta is made with sautéed mushrooms and garlic, basil pesto, spinach, parmesan, and fresh basil😋 So delishhhh.
These are insanely good🤤 I had to have one with my coffee this morning. I never measure spices and I didn’t have a plan for these but they turned out better than I imagined!!
In the batter I added lots of cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, and ginger... topped them off with a cinnamon and cashew butter glaze🤤 Unreal. Can’t wait to keep experimenting with flavors!!
I know it’s been SO long since i’ve made an actual post, but i just want to come on here and say that Vegan Soul Space is still stocked and taking orders even though i haven’t posted much about it. I am currently trying to find a commercial kitchen space to rent as i’m trying to transition into a new branch of my business! I am so excited for the future of this and it will all be in divine timing. I have felt a lot of burnout recently because i put a lot of pressure on making content and that makes it a chore rather than something i love, so i’ve taken a step back to reevaluate and reflect. I love you all and thank you to everyone who has continued to support me💛 I can’t wait to share updates on the next chapter of my business. Happy Friday!✨✨

Spiritual baths are a very important part of my self care and healing.
Every time I take a bath I lay crystals around me, light candles, and burn Sage and Palo Santo to purify and cleanse the air and energy around me. I add whatever herbs and flowers I need at the moment to my bath and let my body soak in all the magick. I listen to beautiful music or meditations, drink some tea, and just be present with myself. This is my time to myself to reflect, reconnect, relax, and recharge... no phone, no interruptions. I have nowhere else to be but in the warm bath with myself. I am grounded and present.

I want to bring this healing energy and ritual to you.
We all need that reminder sometimes to take care of ourselves, and ALLOW ourselves time to relax fully. It’s hard for me to relax without guilt or feeling like i’m being lazy, but making a ritual like a spiritual bath a part of my self care is an amazing way to take care of myself that replenishes my energy field and my body💛
I do this at least once a week and it really helps me recharge my energy and ground into my body and listen to her. Giving her whatever herbs and earth magick she needs.
