What Did you Have For Supper?
It appears that many of us during this world wide pandemic, have turned to other activities to help ease the difficulty of distancing.
And some of us are cooking our way thought it...So I thought that maybe we could share what we are cooking for supper I love to cook and love to read what others have cooked...and thought it might be fun to share what we cooked for ourselves or family

I have not posted for a long time, but have many pics of different things I have made for supper...this is what we had last night...a BLT Salad...it was delicious and even hubby like it...I used iceberg lettuce and sweet bite tomatoes...and a bacon that was on sale with a BOGO...and the salad dressing I used miracle whip light with fat free Half and half and a little garlic and black pepper...when I make it again and I will I will use Pink Hymalayen Salt, Pepper and Garlic mix...instead....I will also cut the bacon up in smaller pieces ....easy and good
I want to apologize for not posting more, but I never see anyone else posting, and not sure if I have set this page up correctly...
Anyway this is what we had for supper last night...My own recipe I sauteed peppers (from my garden) onions with a package of 5 sweet Italian peppers removed from the casings . I put a generous amount of the "Himalayan Pink Salt, Black Pepper and Garlic "...and served it over wide noodles...I must say it was delicious...and hubby loves it....
So I hope some of you ladies will take a minute to post some things you have been cooking....it doesn't have to be a supper, it can be a breakfast, lunch, snack or just a dessert you have made...and it doesn't have to be your recipe....I love to talk about cooking and hear about what others have cooked...

Sunday Aug 30th.... This was supper tonight I forgot to photograph before we ate so here is what was left for another meal... The price of beef has gone up quite a bit since covid, and I love pot roast....this is a bottom round roast 2.5 lbs I would have gotten it a bit bigger, but the other ones were huge..it cost $10.+....I used my ninja to pressure cook it first and then cooked the veggies...small Gold potatoes, carrots, onions, parsnips (which I love) and a stalk of celery and a sweet red pepper for taste...I used the McCormick Pink salt, pepper & garlic seasoning and some worstershire ? sauce when cooking....I must say it came out delicious...I will make another big meal for hubby and I ...I saved the juice/gravy and am soaking some beans tonight and hope to make beans tomorrow, possibly in the ninja....since the covid and so many people losing jobs, I am trying very hard not to be extravagant and never to waste food....I am eager to see what everyone else has been cooking...so take some pics and tell us what you had for supper ...or any meal...

We have salad, just about every other night, usually with meat (protein) from the night before or cold cuts, or seafood salad like below...I have my salad with Light olive oil, and Seasoned rice wine vinegar and hubby with store bought French dressing or whatever one he is liking at the time...a delicious meal for us
I am not seeing anyone post what they are cooking, it doesn't need to be something they had for supper, it can be breakfast or lunch, or a midnight snack...LOL....I always think it is fun to hear what others are eating...
This was supper tonight...Steak tender and delicious, asparagus served with small red potatoes, cut up with a bag of frozen cauliflower ,baked with olive oil and Pink salt, Pepper & garlic seasoning....all delicious....Come on ladies...what did you have....doesn't have to be the night you had it....

I did not have this last night, but I had taken a picture of it to share...it is Sweet and Sour Chicken with red and yellow peppers, onions & sugar peas over brown rice...I always make enough for two nights ...it was delicious !
I noticed that since we have been social distancing, many of us have focused more on cooking, especially supper, or dinner as some call it...I thought it might be fun to post what you had, or are going to have for supper here ....
