Very tasty end to the day after planting mushroom blocks outside. Lions mane risotto in the pressure cooker (yes, makes the best creamy rice) with a side of wild halibut topped with tarragon mayo and lemon panko. My mom would have loved this meal. Miss you always Mgt, had my wine in your goblet ❤️

Great start to the day plus sunshine! Air fryer cajun lions mane faux crab cake with soft poached egg swimming in killer remoulade sauce. The sauce was made with my cowboy candy and lions mane peri peri sauce, plus a bunch of other stuff. This one's a keeper.

Finishing a barrel build and the spouse thinks the false bottom makes for a better pie stand! My non mushroom man!! Damn good pie though.😆

Just shy of 2 #'s bear's head. This unique one originates from a specimen collected on a woodland trail in New Hampshere. By far one of our favourites, texture very similar to lobster. Tossing some of these into the butter chicken curry/sweet potato poutine tonight.
