After having a couple of months away from social media due to a busy life, I thought I'd post just some of the fish I have been catching, only had a couple or trips resulting in carp on the bank. I'm so happy to finally have a carp in my album from a small farm pond I've been targeting for three years, also been checking out a huge Cambridgeshire lake with not many carp in, hoping to target that lake with my good friend Wayne Smith. Looking forward to having a few more trips soon.

Been tough fishing for me this month, only having two days at my disposal, I headed back to Lovells carp lake Lincolnshire seeing if I could add to my growing numbers of fish. Proving very difficult I managed just a couple of fish which was nice considering the dropping temperatures.

Was nice to get the rods out again, 16 more carp to this months collection a grand total of 34 carp this month alone certainly been a surprise to me, certainly thinking of going elsewhere next month or starting on one of my other venues a little earlier.

Another trip done and dusted, carrying on where I left off, ended up having two 18lbers which is a good result from this venue. Happy happy days .

A lovely way to start the year, I've had ten carp so far this 24 session, hoping to get one or two more before packing up tomorrow biggest going 17.3lb even my partner having a few so all good.

Been a fantastic year for me, been doing a lot of carp fishing this year, having caught 107 carp it certainly has been a busy one. Looking forward to doing the winter on a couple of day tickets before targeting a few more waters next year.

Below is just some of the high lights, I've learnt a lot again and having a few more catch reports in the magazines it's been a good season.

It's been a very busy month for me, catching a fair few carp from a local runs water, been thinking of some new rig edges and the only way to test them is to fish with them, I find that going to a lake that has a decent amount of carp in really helps your fishing,you can make sure that your approach is working and correct it. Even managed a little predator fishing when the temperature allowed me to do so.

Was a good trip out for the carp, the hot weather didn't make it easy, on the first day I had two from the bottom but with the conditions changing it wasn't long before I was zig fishing, which resulted in three very quick bites. Decided to only fish the evenings through to mid morning resulted in five carp landed and a bream.

A few recent carp from a trip out, i had to work really hard for these bites, the lake was fairly busy, so found myself four empty swims where no one was fishing or near, over the course of the day the carp were seen over my baited areas, with four carp landed in the space of 3 hours it was certainly enjoyable, including a new pb ghost carp i was a very happy fisherman.
