Finding Happiness in Flow

Flow is a mental state where your attention is wholly fixated on one point.

This feeling may occur while indulging in an engaging Harlan Coben novel or immersing yourself in a Denzel Washington movie. It can also be experienced while spending hours on your favorite hobby, taking a leisurely stroll through the forest, or getting lost in the tranquility of your garden.

The importance of finding flow lies in its relationship to happiness. When we are in flow, we experience pure joy and contentment.
