In a proactive measure to safeguard the health of educators, teachers of Colon National High School get free flu vaccine shots from the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Maasim, administered by DepEd Maasim Nurse, Lonie Caesar M. Nierra, RN.

As the flu season looms, this initiative aims to create a safer environment within the school community, ensuring uninterrupted learning while prioritizing the well-being of the dedicated teaching staff.

The health unit of Maasim wants to promote this proactive approach to serve as a model for other institutions, fostering a culture of health and well-being among educators and students alike.
