💰 Profit sharing opportunity for Post Prom 💰

We are looking for a couple people to work the concession stand for the middle school football game Wednesday, September 20th from about 4:30-6:30. Everything will be set up, just need workers. 🏈

We’ve invited more of our incoming Class of 2025 junior familes. If you see someone missing from the list, please invite them. (I messed up the name but can’t change it for 60 days so bare with me 🤣)

Fundraising is key to putting on the best post prom party and it works best if we start fundraising early in the year. Prom ‘24 will be on Saturday, April 27th. We start at our home football, volleyball, and cross country meets this fall! Always open to new fundraising ideas as well!

We are looking for a few Class of 2025 Junior parents that are willing to help out with organizing fundraisers. Please comment below if you’re willing to help out!

We have around 60 kids signed up for the Zao Island adventure! We are leaving registration open until Friday, April 28th if there are any more that would like to join us… the more the merrier 🥳

Post Prom Info:

On 4/29, after prom, students will meet back at RVMHS and the buses will be departing at 11:30pm. (Please don’t be late 😉⏰)

We will arrive at Zao Island https://zaoisland.net at 12:30am EST time. Students will have 3 hours of unlimited go-cart, mini golf, laser tag, unlimited pizza/soda and a $10 game card for video games. We will then depart Zao Island at 3:30am EST and arrive back at RVMHS around 4:30am. All students must ride the bus to/from the event.

COSTS:
River Valley Juniors and Seniors - Free! (Paid for by the fundraising done throughout the year.)

Guests and underclassmen - $25/each

SIGN-UP: All students will need to register. Please visit Student Services to obtain the sign up forms. Cash only!

We are ready to start delivering! We have a few local houses next week and would love to see a few junior volunteers for delivery or pick up! All recipients have been contacted and approved so our volunteers can just knock to let the home owners know they are there. Upon pick up, the home owners have agreed to a $25 pick up fee which can be paid in cash, check (RV Post Prom) or the code nbthe flyer can be scanned. Once we have a list of volunteers I will get a schedule set up!

We have flyers and ticket to pre-sell for the spaghetti dinner. Let us know if you want some!

Pay $25 to send the Prom Potty to a friends yard. Pay $25 to have it removed from your yard. Afraid of what the neighborhood will think? Pay $100 insurance to keep it out of your yard for good.
