The gratitude I have for this special mid-week gathering is immense. Every month I go there are more and more community members joining, and it’s oh so life-giving. Thank you Reflect (Trent Banks, Erika Kathryn Frank, Jared Claghorn) for putting this together, and of course for DJ Copeland for setting the stage perfectly, and Wesley Holmes for closing it out right 🔥 Even with the backwards jog wheel! 😂

This was a favorite festival of mine last summer. The production, lighting, activities, music, and crowd were exceptional. Cannot wait to be back again!

I have been in Costa Rica for a little over a week now and it has been such a dream for me. So far I have checked out Jaco, Manuel Antonio/Quepos, and now Uvita 👏🏻

I’ve had ample time to explore and connect with the very welcoming locals here, catch the most beautiful sunset after sunset, dig into music (I’m reorganizing my whole library 😳 which I need lots of motivation for 😝) and just exist in this beautiful landscape

I appreciate the laid back culture here and pura vida lifestyle and feel so fortunate to be able to have these experiences 🙏🏼

I hope everyone has enjoyed a peaceful day, whether full of deep connections with family, or a stronger connection with themselves (or both ☺️)

I am continually reminded of how important it is to take care of yourself, trust what is right for you, and set meaningful boundaries. I have lost too many powerful people in my life to abusive relationships and circumstances, and it is heartbreaking to witness.

Please reach out if you need support and do not give up your strength and intuition out of fear, or “confusion”, guided by the toxicity of others. You are loved, there is an abundance of love, and all you need to do is connect to it and trust in yourself. It may not be easy, but it is real

✨ grateful for many things today! I am feeling grounded in the present while motivated for what’s ahead.. 🥰

✈️ heading to Tulum next week for a couple weeks filled with music and dancing to ring in the new year 🍾

🙏🏼 until then I happily have time off from my normal bustling schedule. I will be recharging, practicing yoga and meditation, working on music, hanging out with my plants.. focusing on my inner work 🧘🏼‍♀️

This Saturday at Timbre Room… it’s a space party 👽

The Tremulant crew picked up Wesley Holmes floating around in deep space, ran into some alien interference, and crash landed on a foreign planet. We have since acquired some otherworldly tunes and scheduled our Seattle landing for this Saturday.

After all the fiasco.. we are ready to party. Transmissions pick up at 10pm. Don’t miss it 🪐☄️🙏🏼
