Yesterday, we got some really tough news. Charlie tested positive for FIV, Feline immunodeficiency virus. There is no cure, just treatment to build his immunity. So we fight because this precious kitty is loved by so many!!! The good news is he’s healthy and could live years without any issues! We are grateful we found out because we can be aggressive if he does get sick. It has been a rough week, but this is our life on this earth. I was down this morning, and when I was making up the bed, a furry orange paw grabbed my foot. Just a reminder from Charlie that he is still my baby. 😻
