I’m a fun, bubbly & motivated personal trainer! I have 5 years’ experience in the fitness industry. I work with many clients all with different goals from weight loss to muscle gain & some who just want a little kickstart back into fitness to help them on their wav to achieving their goals. I like to build a nice working relationship with clients to make our sessions more fun & enjoyable.
I was diagnosed with kidney failure 10 years ago and spent 4 years on dialysis, 6 years ago I was lucky enough to receive a kidney transplant. This was when my fitness journey began leading to me becoming a personal Trainer. I was once a newbie to the gym & I know how daunting it can be for some, I
will help you grow in confidence & help you towards us achieving your goals, If you believe in yourself you can accomplish anything.
