The deadlift is one of the most challenging yet underused exercises. In order to properly perform a deadlift you need to be able to stabilize your core through entire movement. This requires:
✅ Proper posture
✅ Having a definite mind muscle connection
✅ A strong core and ability to brace it on cue
✅ Mobility to not compromise your low back
