Did someone say & ? We missed so here’s some 4130 chromoly Pro R Tig welded trailing arms for ya 🔥 fullwood .rd under the hood layin it down !

This Pro R 4 is all finished and ready to go pre run the Baja 500. All new chromoly, tig welded cage with a single intrusion through the dash and B pillars. This car now has a 24 Gal off the back, as a transfer tank for less fill ups. This whole system is removable and we are working on making something similar for production as this has been getting some serious interest. Topping off this car we put our radius rod plate and toe links on 🏁

The Pro R & Turbo R V2 bumpers are almost ready 🔥 Final welding and powder coat this week, then ready for purchase. These have been a hot item so be ready when we drop them !

Got Pro R dialed in with a custom windshield to fit his lsr built cage. As always, taking care of the powder and with the glass🔥

Here is the all new 22’ X3 Pro Turbo build. Every tube and plate work was all chromoly and tig welded. With the new thicker wall tube chassis from the factory, we decided to just gusset this frame and keep the cost of the build down. Everything was done in house minus wiring. Thanks to a few companies we were able to have the shock tower, frame and trailing arm gussets ready to be fit and welded which saved a bunch of time. Yesterday we put some test miles on the car to test all systems, and get driver/co driver comfortable. Now it’s time to get ready for next weeks . No better way to test a brand new race car ! Thanks to all the companies that helped build this beauty

We hope everyone’s having a fun and safe weekend. Here is our latest build straight out of the shop. All new Turbo R 4 with our new flat top race inspired cage. This cage is made from 1.75 x .095 chromoly that is double pass Tig welded, center intrusion tube that lands under the dash, B pillars, miter rear down tubes, A-pillar tabs for a set of XL80’s , tinted visors, antenna tab, chase light tabs and topping it off with a beautiful clear coat from none other than 🔥
This car also features our Chromoly Tig welded Radius Rod plate that is clear coated, a 3” turbo back exhaust, clutch kit, charge tubes, Bov, Big fatty intake tube, Gold package and a set of 35’s wrapped around 414 bead grips from 🏁

Polaris Rzr Turbo R Toe links coming soon🔥

Made from 1.25 x .120 chromoly tubing, Tig welded, 3/4 FK Rod ends and an Fk Ladder adjuster, for maximum strength. Just like our Pro R links, we eliminate the eccentric adjuster, supply you with new hardware and make it one of the easiest Toe links to adjust. No need to remove your tire for toe adjustment like other links on the market 🥇

Here are our new Pro R Toe Links!Made from 4130 1.5 x .120 tubing; all Tig welded, 4130 machined forks, custom 4130 heat treated ladder adjusters, paired with massive 7/8 FK Rod ends and 17-4 stainless misalignment spacers. You no longer have to worry about your factory link moving due to the eccentric adjuster, and no more deflection in the tube. With this Toe Iink, we’ve made it extremely easy to adjust by rotating the ladder adjuster which is located towards the front mount. Unlike others that use a tie rod style, with ours you don’t have to remove the tire to loose/tighten the jam nut. In the end, we wanted to make this easy for the end user but also the strongest.
Pricing will be $750 RAW and $780 powdered black.

More Pro R & Turbo R parts rollin out ! These new radius rods feature 1.5 x .120 4130 chromoly tubing that is TIG welded with Plug welds as well as massive 7/8 ! That’s right, the industries first, biggest and strongest radius rods for these platforms. With the weight, size, speed and abuse these vehicles will see, we knew we had to step it up and ensure that these will last through it all. We will also have an option to have a straight lower rod if you don’t want the high clearance.

Goodluck and safe travels to as he is currently pre running the Baja 500 course. We got the pleasure of working with Branden on his new Turbo R building him a one off custom cage. We both put our heads together and came up with some unique and different ideas. Branden and I both wanted to do a slight flat top rake on the roof and having a boxed B pillar (C pillar on this cage) but with our own touch to it, which I feel we did just that. Next we wanted something different for the C pillar (D pillar on this cage) so I threw the idea of a miter to be different and Branden agreed. Next was the B pillar that is functional and bolted to the frame so it serves a purpose. Second to last was the single intrusion tube going through the dash to eliminate a dash tube for more visibility.
We can’t wait to see this all done and powdered after Pre running 🔥

Almost wrapped up with our 2 seat Turbo R radius cage🚀 this customer optioned theirs out with a single intrusion tube but can be built with two.
This cage is lowered 5” on the B pillar for the proper look while still having the proper head clearance 👌🏻🔥

Pro R / Turbo R Prerunner bumper almost ready for a production run 🔥 Few more final touches and they will be hitting the site!

For anyone that guessed “Almost to Mexico” yesterday on our story was right haha. We went and picked up the new 2022 Turbo R Ultimate from . The suspension on these new cars is unreal for being completely stock. She’s all broken in now, so it’s time to check fitments with the parts we have, along with a few production style cage options. This will be a fun and badass build🔥 Stay tuned as we release more parts for both the Pro R and Turbo R platforms!

In less than a month we will have our Pro R stock width (74”) suspension kit! All 4130 chromoly, FK Rod ends, Spherical bearings and of course all TIG welded. Upper frame mounted side uses FK rod ends and lower uses FK spherical. This gets rid of the factory bushings and allows the suspension to cycle freely throughout the travel. We’re excited to bring this kit to the market. Stay tuned!
