🍇Also - did you have any idea that grapes are actually BERRIES?! Grapes are considered a true berry because the entire fruit wall is fleshy.
🥰Berries are one of my favorite fruits and are absolutely packed full of good-for-you vitamins. I love packing berries into a smoothie, creating vegan chia jam or even serving them up in a fruit salad.
