Combine all herbs into a jar, shake to mix it up. Add 2-3 heaping spoonfuls to a quart sized jar, pour hot water over herbs, cover and steep 10-15 minutes, strain and thank me later.

All orders received from Friday to Monday will go out on Wednesdays and orders received between Tuesday and Friday will go out on Mondays. 1:1 Consultations are available Monday-Wednesday from 10-2pm, Friday 10-2pm, Saturday from 4-6pm only. Consultation are available in person or via Zoom. All Consultations must be paid at time of scheduling. If you miss your consultation and fail to notify us, you will not receive a refund. Cancelations must be made 24 hours in advance to receive a refund.
