ENDORSED! I am honored tonight to have been officially endorsed by the Irving Professional Firefighters. As a former firefighter lieutenant myself, this means a lot to me.

I’ll bring my thirty years of public safety experience to City Hall to fight for our first responders to be fully trained, competitively compensated and receive strong benefits. When we support our first responders and ensure they love to work for the city they serve, we build better community connections and a stronger public safety system for everyone.

Dear Irving Neighbors,

Now more than ever, we are witnessing the strengths of our community and importance of our local governments. That's why I am excited to be running to be your Irving City Council member for Place 8.

My campaign isn't about how great we are now, but about how great we can become. I've been inspired by the people of our great city that have stepped up to support their community as we've faced new challenges.

As the Senior Pastor of Bear Creek Community Church, I've witnessed firsthand the bonds that exist in our neighborhoods and the importance of them to our citizens.

I'm asking for your support in this race to bring those same committed values to City Hall. I am firmly committed to listen to our residents first and collaborate with neighborhoods and stakeholders to deliver real results that bring a positive impact. I'll utilize my thirty years of experience as a Grand Prairie firefighter to protect our public safety and invest in a long term plan for all of Irvings road and sidewalks, including our aging residential streets.

I have loved to call Irving my home for over 38 years, and I've developed a passion for giving back to our city. I've served on city boards, within community groups, and on regional councils fighting to make Irving a strong, vibrant, and forward thinking city.

I hope to earn your support in this race, and to have the opportunity to work together get real results for all of Irving. Early voting is April 19-27 and Election Day is May 1.

Sincerely,

Dennis Webb
