We are excited to announce another amazing Community Partner!!

We currently have a vacancy on our PTSA Executive Board for the Vice President of MYP (middle school)!!

If you are interested in filling this position, please send an email to [email protected] with your name, email, phone number, your child's grade level and any additional information to let us know your "why" behind volunteering for this position.

We are hoping to announce the person filling this position at our first PTSA meeting next Tuesday August 20th @ 6pm. So please send your email by Sunday August 18th.

VP of MYP Responsibilities
- Advocate and support middle school needs
- Perform all functions as assigned by the President
- May chair a major Committee (Volunteers, Membership, Fundraising), as approved by the officers of the Executive Committee

Estimated Time Commitment: 2-3 hours per week

Front/Blue Carline Reminders!!

In the AM, carline utilizes all 4 lanes and zipper merges down to lane two closest to the sidewalk at the turn. When using the zipper merge please allow one car from lane 1 to merge, the lane 2, then lane 3 and last lane 4. Then repeat at lane 1. This allows parents to exit back into lane 1 to keep carline moving. Additionally, please do not release your students until you are next to the sidewalk.

In the PM, carline is only lanes 1&2, and remains 1&2 in front of the school for pickup. You remain behind the same car, especially after the carline assistance takes your infomation. Please do not move into a different lane. This helps keep carline moving as they are marking which lane/cones your child will be released too once you are in front of the school.

Upon exiting the school in AM & PM, both lanes can be used until you get to the exit area, where once again you will zipper merge upon exiting. This allows for there to be less backup in the drop off/pickup area and keeps cars moving.

***Please refrain from parking your vehicle and blocking the northbound and southbound bike lanes on Covington Garden Dr.

Please be sure to watch for pedestrians!
