A little root touch, A LOT of color correction!
At a previous salon the wrong formula was used "accidentally" after multiple visits with the "right" formula being applied. Her level 9-10 strawberry copper blonde was turned level 2 base! 😮
Then they attempted to "tone" multiple times🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️
I cannot stress the importance of paying attention! Do not overbook yourself!!
