Results from independently testing Paparazzi's Starlet Shimmer line of children's jewelry are SICKENING.
Please see the first photo with allowable amounts of these heavy metals for children's jewelry per Prop 65 compliance.
Paparazzi Accessories, LLC and their lawfirm still publicly maintains that they abide by all consumer safety guidelines and Prop 65 compliance and vigorously test their products.
Paparazzi suddenly and hastily discontinued their Starlet Shimmer line in February of this year, citing cost issues.
Please contact your state Attorneys General, Governors, the FTC and now.. the FDA. Paparazzi should not escape a recall and mandated refund just because they discontinued the line, as millions of pieces of this jewelry line alone are still in circulation by thousands of consultants and on the sweet little wrists, fingers, necks and ears of children nationwide.

Paparazzi's update today regarding their Starlet Shimmer line. Starlet Shimmer is/was clearly marketed for young children, but suspiciously marked as not intended for people under 14 years old.
This statement is coming after independent lab results found high levels of heavy metals (including lead, cadmium, arsenic and antimony) in Paparazzi jewelry and doubts were subsequently cast on the safety of their children's products.
Paparazzi has maintained that they rigorously test their products and meet all safety guidelines, including Prop 65 and measures for metal safety in children's jewelry, but has still refused to show proof or results of ANY testing.
🚨🚨🚨BOO NEWS🚨🚨🚨
The $110 literal dirt product is possibly coming back the first week of February under a new company. Keep your eyes out for any fulvic acid supplement products and "business opportunities" from companies called Nuvagenix and Youngevity!
We will keep updating, but if you see any fulvic supplements popup from either of these companies with unfounded health or income claims, please report to the FTC and warn your family and friends about this product!
🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨
If you're not familiar, a Canadian based MLM called Black Oxygen Organics aka "BOO" gained popularity and momentum in 2021, selling fulvic acid supplements including dissolving tabs and bags of loose powder, that are dehydrated dirt from a peat bog in Canada. The products were marketed for bath soaks, topical application like a skin mask, and even consumption by way of drinking BOO mixed with water, inserting it into food, or even using it as a toothpaste. This bog where the dirt was derived from was found to be in close proximity to an industrial and diseased bovine landfill, however, and the certificate of analysis the company used to tote their products' safety and quality was outdated (2017), not 3rd party tested and didn't even list the lab that did the testing. Many of the distributors/ "brand partners" of BOO were also making grandiose health claims in order to sell this product, and many Facebook groups dedicated to BOO circulated claims this could practically cure everything and anything - from cancer and diabetes to Autism. Vulnerable, chronically ill, and people with an understandable mistrust in the U.S. health care system, in light of thr pandemic, FLOCKED to these groups and this product.
BOO was reported to be a "detox" that would rid one's body of parasites, and BOO group members because posting pictures and images of BOO baths after they soaked in them, showing small organisms that appear to be bugs and worms that they believed BOO to be pulling from their bodies. One top BOO rep claimed it was possible for this supplement to pull parasites out of the body, despite no visable exit points on the skin, by way of what he called "quantum tunneling" (Ant-Man, anyone?). BOO group members even went as far as sharing pictures of their bowel movements, close ups of what they believed to be parasites being exited from their bodies, and what appears to be shed intestinal lining. Some group members and distributors invented new creative uses for BOO, from eye and ear drops, to enemas and douches. And no, it's not possible that BOO was pulling parasites from the body through people's skin, as was depicted in these groups. What seems to be possiblr is that living organisms aka bugs 🐛 in the peat bog that were dehydrated during the process of obtaining the product were then becoming rehydrated by way of bath or drinking water, or... bodily fluids. Instead of ridding the body of bugs, many BOO customers (although not every batch seemed to have the same problem) were actively putting bugs INTO their bodies, or putting their bodies into tubs of bug water. Any adverse reactions to BOO by faithful believers and skeptical customers alike were chalked up to "detoxing," and horrendously bad medical advice was given through these groups and by the distributors themselves.
Ultimately, after numerous reports from the antiMLM activist group BOO is WOO and former customers alike, Health Canada issued a recall on BOO and the U.S. FDA took hold of a massive inventory of product for investigation. BOO continued to sell product and the business opportunity, however, and was silencing and demonizing any criticisms. One BOO distributor did her own lab testing and took troubling results directly to the company (results that included high heavy metal levels) and was silenced, harrassed, and is still in litigation with other top distributors. After BOO promised a product relaunch that was suddenly labeled as NOT for human consumption but for topical and cosmetic uses only, they took hundreds to thousands of large preorders from hopeful and desperate people, some that were now "hooked" on BOO (or rather, what positive effects there were of the fulvic acid, combined with the harmful effects heavy metals and no telling what else in the soil), and also signed new distributors with promises of comissions. However, BOO abrupty closed its doors in November, 2021, a few days before Thanksgiving. With no product to provide people and reportedly no money for refunds on the massive preorders they took, nor for the promised comissions for its distributors, they ripped a LOOOOT of people off.
Right before BOO closed, they started sending cease and desist letters to some of its online critics and antiMLM activists, citing defamation and disparagement, all while said critics were only utilizing information BOO and its CEO and other leaders provided themselves. As they closed their doors, BOO CEO, other executives and top distributors blamed "the haters" and "big pharma" for their downfall. Everything was a conspiracy against them, not like they were selling people a dangerous product with false health claims or anything...
Is BOO Back? - Mombie #Anti-MLM It's beginning to look like Black Oxygen Organic (BOO) may be making a comeback, but with a few tweaks.

Today's letter of the day is "E" for "Escaping Liability!"
Starlet Shimmer... for your sweet baby 14 year olds that love cute little bunny rabbit, unicorn, and fruit themed jewelry and also happen to be in a body that is the size of a toddler.
It has never made sense why Starlet Shimmer is clearly designed and sized for small children, yet is provided with the disclaimer on the back of the packaging that it is "Intended for 14 years and up." It has also never made sense why customers were unable to purchase Starlet Shimmer from a Paparazzi generated consultant website, nor that customers aren't even able to browse the Starlet Shimmer line on Paparazzi's website at all, but can ONLY see and buy these sweet pieces directly from a consultant.
In light of the horrendous lab results, we have to wonder.... has Paparazzi been passing the liability for any potential negative health effects of exposure to the dangerous levels of heavy metals found in their jewelry (or even just choking/injury hazards) onto their consultants THE WHOLE TIME? Was that the intention here?

Paparazzi/ Crack The Crown / Anti-MLM news!
Update from our December 17th post:
22 deaths have been reported resulting from Paparazzi's "Celebrate" August 2021 Convention.
Some of which are multiple deaths within the same family. Paparazzi still has yet to make a public statement, but didn't waste a second to hastily delete the consultant accounts of attendees who lost their lives, along with any public comments critical of their negligence. There are also stories of uplines silencing their downlines (unknown whether to be direction from the founders themselves) from speaking publicly about the tremendous loss and even their own COVID infections, as it would be "spreading negativity" and shed a dim light on Paparazzi's sparkle.
Paparazzi offered no virtual option for the convention, as was offered the previous year in the wake of the pandemic, and offered no refunds, transfers, or other options for consultants to receive their prizes they worked and paid for times over. There was absolutely no incentive for ticket holders to stay home, and all the pressure from teams and corporate to attend. Better yet, corporate ensured with the sell of the tickets that all CDC and local guidance and mandates would be followed. By "following guidelines," they must have meant selling out an event OVER the normal capacity of the MGM Grand, allowing absolutely no space in most areas for social distancing, and not upholding the mask mandate of Vegas, a known hotspot at the time. The founders themselves were seen throughout the convention unmasked.
It may be a new year, but these souls that were LOVED, worked hard towards their dream and were so dedicated to this business and the Paparazzi community - or "family," as the founders like to tote it - are NOT forgotten. And neither are the transgressions of this abhorrent company.
Follow Crack The Crown for more information on the movement to hold Paparazzi accountable and support both current and former consultants.
"It's not like a death, but it is like a divorce..."
(Update to health concerns added to the end of this post and in comments)
This is the result from one year in the Paparazzi business, $150,000 worth of jewelry, 3 hours and $1400 total for the junk trucks and the workers. The junk company was sure to remark on the paperwork that their loads contained a large quantity of harmful metals, including lead and nickel.
This former Paparazzi consultant and her husband are getting tested for heavy metal levels on Monday.
She remarks that she tried to sell her inventory off extremely discounted, but couldn't stomach it any longer, especially after realizing negative health effects every time she would go in her jewelry room and start handling/sorting the jewelry again. Not to mention the mental/emotional toll being encased in so much inventory and reminders of the predatory business. The decision to let it all go like this wasn't an easy one - she put blood, sweat, tears and yes, a LOT of money into this business and this inventory that took all of 3 hours to be removed from her home.
She is now grieving the experience as any other loss - of course there is monetary loss, but also the loss of a dream, trust, and the loss of time and enjoyment of life while she was in Paparazzi. Instead of a guest room completely occupied with costume jewelry, she can now use the space for new memories, and she is looking forward to the reuse of her guest room to reclaim that lost time and joy with family and friends.
There is a lot of shame and guilt surrounding sunk costs of lost money, time, effort and energy due to Multi-Level Marketing, and this BRAVE former Paparazzi consultant chose to not let that paralyze her from doing what was best for herself and family, both mentally/emotionally and physically.
Follow Crack The Crown for more information on the movement to shed light on Paparazzi and support consultants and former consultants.
