☀️皮膚科專科醫生盧景勳表示使用SPF30的產品亦已足夠。

陽光可分為可見光及不可見光，不可見光即紫外線，又可分為UVA、UVB及UVC。UVA可令骨膠原流失及形成皺紋，UVB令皮膚色素加深。長期暴曬除了令皮膚變黑及老化，更有機會患上皮膚癌。而UVC已被香港上空完好無缺的臭氧層阻隔。

防曬產品上的SPF數值為實驗室數據，意指能阻擋UVB的程度，塗抹後皮膚會延遲多久才會曬傷。而PA的+號則代表阻隔UVA的程度，但現時並無標準化的數據，故以+號的多寡來代表。
