Closing a black triangle. We replaced a two decade old bridge that had developed a black triangle and revealed unsightly metal margins due to natural aging and recession of the gums. With new porcelain bridgework, the shape, proportion, and color were improved and harmonized with the rest of the patient's natural teeth. Gums were carefully managed to allow for cleansing and hygiene, which will ultimately provide long-term health.

Challenging case. Two veneers to restore large fractures of front two incisors. We went back and forth with patient on custom shading with white spots (decalcification) for better blend with adjacent teeth. Ultimately settled on what the patient wanted, which was no white spots. Patient was very happy with result.
