Please see attached today's newsletter regarding the staff mortgage announcement following Unite's campaign to keep the product in place.
Unite would like to thank all those who joined in and signed our petition to make Lloyds change their mind on completely abolishing the staff mortgage discount. We will survey our members so they can decide whether this arrangement is an acceptable resolution to the dispute.
To join, go to www.unitetheunion.org/join - without the work of our thousands of members and our reps this wouldn't have been a possibility.
Our reps have been working closely with Lloyds management since the start of the pandemic to make sure that colleague safety is the number one priority in contact centres.
We will look to engage with senior management tomorrow about the concerns raised here and update our members in due course.
If any members have specific questions, please send us a message.
