She is a Master Teacher I, School Based Management (SBM) Coordinator, Focal Person of Kinder, Grade I, II and III, and the Class Adviser of Grade III – Ostrich. She serves as an academic teacher and an inspiration to every individual around her. Her character influences the learners to be kind, funny, and showing love and care to others.

It was her childhood dream to become a nurse through the influence of her family. Later, she realized that being a teacher is her calling.

Working as an educator is not easy; hence, she kept her head up in the game no matter how tiring it is. She inspires her pupils to keep moving on and strive for the better part of her mission as a teacher.

Thus, to achieve all these, she doesn’t just “try” her best, she “does” her best with excellence. Through her passion and dedication as a teacher, she was able to accomplish a major feat in her career that brought her to the National Schools Press Conference (NSPC) as a coach for Sports Writing.

For some she is strict, yet in real life, she's only strict because she cares about her students, and her family to an extent. Lots of people admire her for her smartness and goodwill, yet, the spirit of humbleness remains in her heart. She has her feet firmly planted on the ground, which proves that she deserves to be "Teacher of the Month".

The Job of a Teacher can be considered as one of the greatest professions. It is not easy and it requires long patience. The two most powerful warriors are patience and time, success cannot be achieved without these two.

𝘚𝘢 𝘱𝘢𝘯𝘶𝘭𝘢𝘵 𝘯𝘪 𝘍𝘦𝘷𝘪𝘦 𝘔𝘢𝘦 𝘊. 𝘛𝘰𝘭𝘦𝘯𝘢𝘥𝘢

Mahusay magturo, magaling sa disiplina, may takot sa Diyos, at itinuturing na pangalawang magulang ng kanyang mga estudyante sa Kinamayan Integrated School-Senior High School department.

Iilan lamang ito sa marami pang salitang maaaring ilarawan tungkol kay Sir Egie Boy T. Cauba, ang napili bilang “teacher of the month”. Si Sir Egie Boy ay ipinanganak noong Nobyembre 1, 1995. Nakapagtapos ng Accounting sa University of Mindanao-Tagum campus, taong 2016. Nakapasa sa teacher’s board exam noong 2019 at nakapagtapos ng master’s in business administration, taong 2022. Bago pumasok sa mundo ng pagtuturo, nagtrabaho muna siya sa DepEd-Davao del Norte- SGOD office bilang BAC Secretariat sa procurement section. Noon pangarap niyang maging isang banker, ngunit dinala siya ng kapalaran sa mundo ng pagtuturo ngayon.

Sa kasalukyan, si Sir Egie ang nakatalagang Focal Person ng Senior High School department, Research Data Analyst ng Santo Tomas East District at School Research coordinator at itinuturing bilang isa sa mga pinakamagaling na g**o ng paaralan. Aktibo siya at mahusay sa mga gawaing pampaaralan at nais niyang makapag-alok ang Kinamayan IS ng karagdagang track at strand para sa susunod na taong panuruan.

Labis-labis man ang paghanga ng lahat dahil sa taglay niyang katalinuhan at mabuting kalooban, ngunit nananatiling mapagkumbaba at nakaapak ang mga paa niya sa lupa. Hindi mapagkakailang karapat-dapat siyang tanghalin bilang “Teacher of the Month”.

“Ang pagiging g**o ay maituturing na isa sa mga pinakadakilang propesyon. Ito ay hindi madali at ito'y nangangailangan ng mahabang pasensiya. Teaching is a nice profession, you will experience the best of both worlds, you must be passionate, and it takes a lot of sacrifices,” ito ang sabi ni Sir Cauba.

Ito ang nagiging motibasyon ni Sir Edwin B. Enaro sa araw-araw, isang g**o sa Kinamayan Integrated School, tatlumpu't siyam na taong gulang at ikatlo sa apat na magkakapatid.

Hindi naging madali ang buhay niya mula elementarya hanggang sa siya ay makapagtapos ng kolehiyo. Isa siyang varsity player ng larong Table Tennis at tumutulong sa kanyang mga magulang sa pagtatrabaho sa isang banana plantation.

Noon paman hangarin niyang makapagtapos ng pag-aaral kaya nagpursige’t pinaghusay ang kakayanan upang makamit ang kanyang mga hangarin at mapagtagumpayan ang mga hamon ng buhay.

Ikinasal kay Catherine G. Enaro, isa ring g**o sa Kinamayan IS at biniyayaan ng isang anak na babae na si Dee Anne G. Enaro. Bukod sa isang mapagmahal na asawa at butihing ama, itinuturing na isa sa mga outstanding teachers si Sir Edwin ng KIS. Aktibo bilang SDRRM coordinator at table tennis coach, kaya naman hindi imposibleng maitanghal siya bilang “Teacher of the Month.”

Pangarap niya lamang maging isang g**o noon dahil labis niyang iniidolo ang kanyang tagasanay at dahil sa gusto niyang maging kawangis sa pagtuturo ang taong iyon kaya’t ang pangarap lang ay isinakatuparan ng Panginoon.

Sa kasalukuyan, si Sir Edwin ang nakatalagang focal person ng Junior High School department. At sa kagustuhang mas mapalinang pa ang abilidad sa pagtuturo ng Science, siya ay kumukuha ng MAED- Teaching Science sa St. Mary’s College of Tagum.

Hinulma ng kahapon, pinagtibay at mas hinubog ng ngayon ang isang Edwin Enaro. Walang anumang laro ng buhay ang tatalikuran, walang ulan at baha na aatrasan patuloy na mangangarap at magsisikap para sa pamilya at sa responsibilidad niya bilang isang g**o.

Tickets are still available, just look for Ma'am Wendyl C. Mugas or you can come early and get your ticket at the registration table.

The assembly area will be in the school open mini gym at 4:00 AM. Participants are to enjoy the Zumba before heading to the starting area for the highlights of the said activity. The route of the fun run will start at the school ground facing the entrance gate➡️ Moslog area ➡️ school exit gate(facing the HS Bldg)

With that, those students, alumni, and other participants, who want to participate must wear a white tee shirt.

“Strike while the iron is hot”

Patunay ang pinagdaanan ni ma’am Lovella Velasco na hindi lahat ng paghihirap sa buhay ay hadlang para makamit ang inaasam na tagumpay.

Laki man sa hirap, nagpursige si ma’am Lovella para maabot ang tuktok ng kanyang mga pangarap. Bata pa lamang ay hiwalay sa ina si ma’am Love, at siya’y nanirahan sa kanyang lola upang makatapos sa pag-aaral. Ngunit hindi ito naging madali dahil samot-saring trabaho ang kailangan niyang pasukin para lamang makatapos ng kolehiyo sa Bukidnon State College Montevista External Study Center. Nakapagtapos siya ng elementarya sa Montevista Central Elementary School. Nag-aral siya sa Montevista National Highschool bago tumuntong sa kolehiyo.

Nakabuo ng pamilya at ikinasal nang maaga si ma’am kaya hindi naging madali sa kanya ang maging isang asawa at ina sa murang edad. Dinagdagan pa ito ng kahirapan na mas lalong nagpahirap sa buhay ng mag-asawa. Mayroon silang dalawang anak na kailangan buhayin, at dahil walang maayos na trabaho ang kanyang asawa noon ay namasukan siya sa Sumifru bilang isang packer, selector, hanggang sa siya ay naging isang clerk at kalaunan ay naging utility manager.

Elementarya pa lamang ay gustong-gusto na ni ma’am maging g**o. Ngunit sa halip na kursong Education ay pinili niya ang Bachelor of Arts in Communication dahil napupusuan niya rin ang magtrabaho sa radyo. Nang dahil sa siya ay ikinasal nang maaga, nag-aral siyang muli at pinili ang kursong Education at sinabi sa sarili “Ay, diri jud sig**o ko sa pagkamaestra”.

Sa loob ng ilang taong paghihirap ay napagtapos niya ang dalawa niyang anak sa kolehiyo, at patuloy syang naninilbihan ng mahigit 12 taon na sa DepEd at isa na sa mga respetadong g**o sa Kinamayan Integrated School. Kasalukuyang nagtuturo bilang grade 3 adviser. Sa ngayon ay nag-aaral siya sa Davao del Norte State College para sa kaniyang master’s degree. Ngunit hindi lamang iyan ang kanyang mga naabot. Isa na siya ngayong coordinator ng Brigada Eskwela at nakatanggap ito ng gantimpala for Best Implementor for Small Category JR. Highschool, Division Level noong 2017.Nabigyan din siya ng parangal bilang isa sa mga School Outstanding Teachers of 2021 sa nasabing paaralan.

“Kinahanglan naa kay patience sa imong trabaho. Maningkamot jud ka na mag-improve ka, na mag-grow ka. Dili lang sa physical or sa emotional maturity nimo’’. Payo ni ma’am Velasco sa mga taong katulad niya na masikap at walang ibang hinangad kundi ang masuklian ang lahat ng pagod at hirap na kanilang ibinigay para sa tagumpay.

Bes, this is a quick but an important paalala na pahalagahan natin yung bawat oras natin dito sa mundo.

Isipin niyo sa araw-araw natin pinapahiram tayo ni Lord ng 86,400 seconds. Paano natin ito ginagamit? Saan natin ito inuubos?

Bes, Totoo yung time is Gold. sobrang precious ng time dahil di ito nabibili at hindi ito naiipon. At pag naubos to, wala na rin tayo.

Kaya Bes, ingatan mo kung saan mo iniispend yung oras mo. Mag-ingat sa mga Time Killers. Mga activities, temptations, sins na walang ibang ginawa kundi nakawin at higupin yung oras mo.

Paalala, na meron kang purpose! Wag mong sayangin.
Meron kang Diyos na nagcreate saayo at may plano sayo. Para makaiwas sa mga Time Killers, Spend your time wisely.

Spend your time seeking God instead.
Ask Him for help and wisdom para mamaximize mo yung time na pinahiram niya lang sa atin.
