Founded as a senior thesis project, the Geneseo Memories Campaign became a student organization in Fall 2012 and has since striven to interview local community members and compile, edit, and publish their stories each semester. Students will carry the fascinating stories they hear, along with the communication and editing skills they develop, far beyond their years here at Geneseo. Our interviewee

We have had a wonderful four years here with the memories campaign. It has truly been an incredible opportunity for .peter and .dewey to be your head Eboard members this long.
We were unfortunately unable to find successors for our Eboard, but Dr. Behrend of the Geneseo history department has graciously offered to hold on to our flash drive of materials until the next enthusiastic student decides to help our club become functional once more.

Hello all,
Thank you so much for supporting or joining the memories campaign this year. We really appreciate the initiative and we apologize for the disorganization of the semester. It took us a while to figure out how to manage new Covid situations, but we look forward to Spring semester with the hope that our club can resume once more with normal (if socially distant) activities. We will also be graduating in the spring, so we’re on the lookout for individuals interested in taking over our positions! Keep that in mind as we enter 2021 and let us know if you’d be interested.
