Hi everyone, this Jumbalaya came out great... 😋

I waited to add any spicy ingredients until after it was cooked as to seperate my portion, as my tummy does not like spices...
but my hubby loves them... also every ingredient in this recipe is optional to your liking...💖
So you can change the types of meats, veggies, spices even rice flavor etc. to make it your own using ingredients that your family would like...

Then please share it with us in the comments, and let us know if you enjoyed it... Thanks so much... 💖

I hope you enjoy all the tasty recipes on this fb page...💖
Please help me to continue sharing recipes with all of you, by clicking like on the ones that you like...😊 Thanks...💖
Please keep checking back for more...:)

Ingredients...
Meats...
(You can use your own choices and your own desired amounts)
5 strips of Bacon (pre-cooked and diced)
1 whole Kielbasa (pre-cooked and sliced)
2 med. Boneless chicken breasts (pre-cooked and diced)
1 lb small Shrimp (peeled and cleaned)

2 cups of Diced Veggies...
(Use your own choices)
Red peppers
Green peppers
Onions
Tomatoes

Seasonings
(Again you can use your own choices)
1 tsp Onion powder
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper

2 pkgs Knorrs Medley rice
2 Tbsp Butter
(or you can use 2 Tbsp of your choice of cooking oil)
2 cups chicken broth
--------
In a Wok or large skillet
Start by Melting your butter then add the diced green peppers, red peppers & onions...
Mix them well, cover and let them cook for about 3 - 4 minutes, then add in your tomatoes and let cook for another 2 - 3 minutes...
Then add in your Kielbasa, chicken, Bacon, chicken broth, rice and all of your seasonings, mix well...
Cover and Simmer for 10 minutes on medium heat...
Then mix well and add your shrimp on top, cover and cook on med-low for about 5 - 6 more minutes...
(If it's getting too dry or starting to stick, just add a little more chicken broth)...
Then mix it all together well and serve...
Yummm...😋
Enjoy...💖

*Note*
If you want it spicy...🌶
Then add about 1 tsp of each (or add amounts according to your level of spiciness) paprika, chili powder & Tabasco sauce when you add the other seasoning ingredients
