NAFLD! WHAT!?
Non alcoholic fatty liver disease affects 1 in 4 people amd is being called the new silent killer.
But how does this happen?
When we eat a diet high in lipids (fats) amd carbs, it changes the lover zonation and triggers the development of insulin resistance.
How do I fix it?
One great way to prevent or reverse this is to eat a high protien diet (1g per pound of ideal body weight)

Hedonic eating = eating for pleasure/ emotional eating.
