NAFLD! WHAT!?
Non alcoholic fatty liver disease affects 1 in 4 people amd is being called the new silent killer.
But how does this happen?

When we eat a diet high in lipids (fats) amd carbs, it changes the lover zonation and triggers the development of insulin resistance.

How do I fix it?

One great way to prevent or reverse this is to eat a high protien diet (1g per pound of ideal body weight)

Hedonic eating = eating for pleasure/ emotional eating.
Eating for homeostasis is far better, here's why.

When we walk into the truck stop and see those chemically engineered pizzas sitting there at 500 plus calories each slice, whats the first thing we think? Oh I'm hungary, let's grab a couple of those

Meanwhile right below is hard boiled egs and veggie sticks which give more nutrients amd make your BODY feel better, not just your brain.

I've never been a fan of steady state cardio
What does that mean? Running/jogging on a treadmill, or riding a stationary bike.

Try this 16 min cardio piece instead.

4 rounds with no rest between

1 min jumping jacks
1 min mountain climbers
1 minute air squats
1 minute lunge

Repeat 3 more times
