Last night truly was unforgettable. Performing the music with the best damn people I know from my hometown, plus Theo and MK from mtl and also my student Katie who sang duo with me for her first ever performance for an audience.

A million thanks to Ariel Hyatt, Tyler Beckett 🎻 Katie Johnson and her amazing mom, my amazing mom, aunt Kate, .council , Kevin and Karen Moyse and all of my friends from this community that gave me the very floorboards I cut my teeth on.

Tonight is my first performance of two hander adaptation of ‘s Cul de Sac as a part of Carlos’ second year masters journey at U of Ottawa. It’s my first play since the world shut down, I began this project egregiously out of shape. I am sh****ng my pants a bit but it won’t be too long now until I hear the words ‘this is your half hour call’

Well - we learn to take the cold water by being thrown into the sea, don’t we?

I am thrilled to share with you about the upcoming release of my first studio album & audio play, The Jubilant Opus of the Day.

This project is dedicated to young people, and it features collaborations from across Canada and within my home city Montreal, that are so dear to my heart and will inspire me for the rest of my life. From the to some of the worlds finest young musicians that live right here in the 514, to a fiddle track that was recorded up in Whitehorse- this project was an adventure and a half and was all about rolling with the punches. In this music there is spirit, grit, resilience and whimsy.
