It takes cab/calorie/portion control, working out, getting the mental health help needed to assist you, determination, and other things to work in unison. I remember being embarrassed of having thr surgery. That I was lazy and yeah I was. Gastric sleeve was my reset and I am now smaller than I have been in most of my life.
