Cardamom : Taste of South Indian Cuisine

Helloooo!!!! We are back this week with the most spectacular dish! Malabar dum biriyani is famous for it’s spices, unique aroma and history of origin. This dish is coming from the royal families in malabar region of Kerala. It is a combination of chicken, rice cooked with spices, delicious caramelized onions and served with pappadam(deep fried crispy rice flour dough) and raita(yogurt salad with red onions and green chilly).

Sambar is one of the main dishes in South India. It is a type of stew made with lentils, mixed vegetables, tamarind, and roasted spices. This Friday, we are serving Rice with sambar.
As our Non-veg menu, we are adding fried chicken. The chicken is marinated for over 24 hours with spices and yogurt which makes it softer and delicious.
And for our vegetarian friends, we are serving cabbage fry. This is a dry dish traditionally made with chopped cabbage and coconut. It is stir fried with onions and green chillies and is a great way to start your weekend.

This delicious south indian dish comes with marinated boneless chicken cooked in thick coconut gravy. Served with basmati rice cooked in spices and cucumber yogurt salad. Its $12 per serving and $7 outside Sackville. Delivery can be done this Sunday, February 12th. Hurry up and order guyz🥘🍴❤️
