Vegetarian breakfast tacos on zero carb mini tortillas. Egg, imitation sausage, fake bacon, potatoes, onion, cheese and avocado…fried in a bit of butter. HEAVEN. If only it would stay down. To clarify…I have a haital hernia. Sometimes solid food is a struggle. For someone totally food obsessed, I suppose it’s a blessing…🤣

This weeks selection I’m bringing back a couple of favorites….
LASAGNE SOUP $45
- Italian sausage and ground beef with olive oil, sweet onions, garlic, crushed tomatoes, zucchini, fennel seed and basil all simmered together in a rich and flavorful tomato/marinara broth. Comes with cooked broken lasagne noodles on the side and a combination of seasoned ricotta, mozzarella and Parmesan cheese with LOTS of garlic for a hearty dollop per serving. Yummy!

-KETO/GF version available with no pasta. $42

-VEGETARIAN option (no sausage) $35

I could eat this one every day.
All of the goodness of classic chicken soup, shredded chicken breasts, onions, carrots, celery and fresh parsley in a rich bone broth thickened with a dash flour and butter. The difference is the creamy, buttery rice pilaf (in a separate container) when blended together makes for an out of this world comfort classic. It’s unexpected to say the least. Not your typical soup. One of my all time favorites!

Each soup order is two 32 oz containers giving you 64 oz of very hearty soup. Serves 4 to 6 large snd hearty helpings. It’s a meal in itself.

-Thai chicken soup with coconut milk, lemon grass, lime leaves, onions, leeks, mushrooms, tomatoes, Serrano chilies, and chili garlic sauce, green onion, cilantro and sweetener)
This is my most popular soup that is full of flavors to awaken every sense. It is citrusy, spicy, salty and sweet stewed together in a perfect balance that’s sure to surprise even those who think they don’t like Thai food…silly. It is absolutely wonderful with a spoonful or two of steamed Jasmine rice. (Rice included)

VEGAN TOM KHA (Keto Friendly and GF) $40

-All of the wonderful elements of the Tom Kha G*i, but in a vegetable broth base with added vegetables like zucchini, carrots and bell peppers)

CREAMY CHICKEN, SPINACH and CHEESE TORTELLINI SOUP-
$50 for 64 oz of extremely hearty soup.
-Shredded whole chicken, in a rich bone broth made with heavy cream and a pinch of butter and flour. The cheese tortellini is the real star and it’s married together with Italian stewed tomatoes, onion, shredded carrot, garlic, basil and lots of chopped spinach. Just perfect with a good garlic bread!

Comes with a side dollop of ricotta, Parmesan, mozzarella, herbs and garlic for that extra Queensoupy layer of bold flavor.

This weekend…

FRENCH ONION- (house soup) (ask for no croutons for a GF and Keto option)
-Loads and loads of caramelized sweet Vidalia onions,bay leaf, marjoram, beef bouillon and bone broth. Lots and lots of butter, white wine and black pepper. Classic and simple.
Shredded cheese for a sprinkling atop crunchy, house made, garlic sourdough croutons. These babies are great just for snacking!

LASAGNE SOUP (ask for no pasta for a GF option)
- Italian sausage, olive oil, sweet onions, garlic, crushed tomatoes, zucchini, fennel seed and basil all simmered together in a rich and flavorful tomato broth. Comes with cooked lasagne noodles and seasoned ricotta, mozzarella and Parmesan cheese for a hearty dollop per serving. Yummy!

AVGOLEMONO (dairy free)

-Creamy Greek chicken soup with lemon and orzo.
Diced chicken breasts, carrots, celery and onion in chicken bone broth with orzo all brought together with egg, lemon juice and lemon zest to created a delicious, creamy, lemony comfort go to! It’s a meal in itself.

CHEDDAR BROCCOLI SOUP (vegetarian)
-Loads of broccoli, potatoes, celery and onion in a thick and creamy base of vegetable broth, butter, flour, heavy cream. Topped with shredded cheddar cheese and a dollop of sour cream. Makes for a simple and masterful bowl of heaven!

ALBONDIGAS (Mexican Meatball) $45

My grandma, Nina’s recipe…with a twist.
It starts with homemade meatballs with ground beef, egg, panko, cilantro, cumin, garlic, salt, pepper, a dash of cinnamon and hot sauce. After they are browned in the oven they are added to the pot of chicken bone broth, onions, carrots, celery, potatoes and stewed tomatoes. The broth is rich and full of flavor hitting every sense. Loaded with cumin, cilantro, a few shots of hot sauce and lemon juice for a nice, slightly spicy finish. It’s my comfort food and a personal favorite. Pair it with a homemade quesadilla and you’ve got the perfect meal! SUPER HEARTY !

CREAMY TOMATO with ACINI DE PEPE PASTA $40
(Vegan/ Dairy free)
-A new creation of my classic tomato soup. Olive oil, garlic, onion, tomatoes, shredded carrots and basil all simmered together until rich and thick. I add a good vegetable broth but Coconut cream is the key to making this come together like velvet heaven. Half of the base is puréed….but half will still give this hearty soup all of those wonderful bites of each ingredient…feeling more like a stew. It’s finished off with more fresh basil and a bit of oregano. Included with this order is plenty of cooked Acini de Pepe pasta. Add a few tablespoons to each serving and you’re in heaven! Feels like being a kid again…only more refined. Comes with homemade vegan sourdough croutons. Buttery, garlicky…crunchy…delicious!

VEGETARIAN CLASSIC CREAMY TOMATO $40
-All of the above but made with real heavy cream and Parmesan cheese! Extra Parmesan and Acini de Pepe pasta on the side.
Comes with buttery, garlicky…crunchy, sourdough croutons, simply divine.

It’s thickened with a bit of flour for a heartier base. The finishing touch is a buttery (made with vegan butter) rice pilaf that makes this soup comfort 101!
