I clicked this picture after completing a 4 Km run uphill. No doubt it was tough and many a times I wanted to give up, but I kept telling myself, ''Don't stop, you can do this''.
At the end it was all worth it. I felt great.
There are a lot of uphills in our lives too. They will make you lose hope. But we must keep moving forward. Slow down if you need to, but don't stop. Difficult times don't last. There is always a light at the end of the tunnel and you will be happy that you didn't give up. :)
Stay Strong. You can do this :)
It is true that Working out and eating healthy comes with a lot of challenges, it is also true that nothing worth comes easy. A healthy body and mind comes with numerous benefits which makes life worth living. So do not let these challenges stop you. Keep going and do not give up. It will all be worth it.

The most difficult thing is to do what you think you can't. This took a lot of courage. Entering into 5k runs removed my fear and boosted my confidence. Today I am participating in half marathons (21kms). Alhumdulillah.
