Hello friends, the other component of fabbri farms and harvest is rough sawn milling. We are currently working through a big basswood project and some smaller pieces in between, but we are taking orders for next spring. send a message with any ideas or needs you may have. Some examples are dimensional lumber, rough cut slabs, material for end tables coffee tables etc. we have slabs of hemlock and ash available now for purchase or hemlock, basswood, aspen, and ash available for any projects in the future! See below some pictures of work from this summer.

A big thank you to Wakefield VFW for their generous purchase from our pumpkin patch! Pumpkin carving is at the vfw starting this Thursday - as well as wings and ribs special for dinner. Take your kids out for a great time!

Thank you to everyone that came out today and supported our 1st annual pumpkin patch. we are humbled by the show of support, purchases and kind comments from various people throughout the community. picking hours tomorrow Sunday October 1st will be 2 pm - 6 pm. address is 601 s Moore (go south at stop light ~4 blocks in Bessemer directly up hill and look for signs and red gate on left hand side of road). Although we had a strong day at the patch, we still have a lot of quality pumpkins remaining. If we sell all remaining pumpkins we will make a donation to a local charity or organization.

Our mystery drawing will be in ~ 1 hour! all it takes is one or more pumpkin purchases to get entered! We still have a lot of quality pumpkins left!

Happy harvest season to all! Just a reminder our gate will open for picking tomorrow starting at 8 am. our entrance is at 601 s Moore street, Bessemer mi. Look for our signs at the entrance shown below. Cash, check or Venmo will be forms of payment. We will also have some hidden items in the patch that will also be for purchase. We are looking forward to everyone enjoying the fall weather and pumpkin fest activities!

To whoever thought it would be a good idea to shoot an arrow through one of our pumpkins - was it really necessary? although we keep the gate open to welcome visitors, keep in mind that this is private property.

Hello all! Pumpkin picking will commence the morning of the pumpkin fest (September 30th) at 8:00 a.m. pumpkin patch is located at 601 S Moore street (just south of iron belle trail behind city hall). We will only be accepting cash this year as form of payment - and will be priced on size of pumpkin and color of pumpkin. Picture booth area and props will be available for use as well.

Our patch is pick your own pumpkin style, but we will have helpers if you need assistance carrying to your car etc.

Lastly, anyone who buys a pumpkin will be entered into a drawing for a mystery prize tbd.

The bees love our flowers and we love the bees! Pumpkins are starting to grow with a little help from the fertilization team.

Starting to make some lumber on the sawmill. Here is a piece about 13” wide, 1.5” thick, ~ 10’ long. $50 obo. Would make a good mantle piece or wood working for shelf etc.

Mother Nature put us up to a test in the last month! We were impacted by vine bore / squash beetles but luckily did not impact patch to heavily. We have some nice pumpkins starting to grow! Stay tuned for more results.
