Getting ready to send out a fitness vlog on YouTube. I wanted to start back just recording my progress and showing my journey
So I am back and definitely putting energy back into my page. Coronavirus held me back quite a bit but I have new goals and would love to workout with you all. If anyone needs a gym partner and I am free I'll be glad to help. As of now I am still studying for my NASM CPT. I'll post tips and answer any questions all my have.

Soon. There's still a pandemic and as much as I work on my personal goals I want everyone to continue to be safe. As I study for my NASM CPT exam I am still grinding full speed. Nothing's changed but the time.

Work the core and stabilize
After years of waiting and just not believing in myself enough, today I have made the decision to pursue becoming a certified personal trainer. I want to help others reach their goals as I reach my own. This is just the beginning but at least once I can complete this I can say I am an actual Certified Personal Trainer.

I've been busy and absent. My goal is to make sure I can provide content by giving you all a glimpse of my fitness journey. Unfortunately I am handling some legal matters. I just changed gyms and still haven't updated my recording equipment. Hopefully after December things will look clearer. No one said life would be easy but it's too short and I can't give up.

Ill try to upload a video weekly. This was an afterburner. So within 15 minutes after leaving the gym I had a protein drink and yogurt. I then decided after that within 5 minutes to burn a few more calories and take Sugar on a much needed around the block.
Chest Day:
Find your limit and work out safely.
Bench Press 2 sets heavy and 2 sets light
Dumbbell Press 3 sets of 6 if heavy or 4 sets of 10 of light
Triceps Pushdowns 3 sets of 9 slightly heavy
Dumbbell or cable flyes 4 sets of 12 Light
Decline Bench or Dumbbell Press 4 sets of 12
Finish with a favorite Ab workout or 2
