You can’t keep calling yourself ugly and expect to feel pretty, you can’t keep calling yourself dumb and expect yourself to feel smarter and you can’t keep sending hate into the world and expect love in return.
If you want someone that can be a strong rock to hold you down then you must first be that yourself.
If you want a caring compassionate loving partner then you must first provide that for yourself.
