An emergency trip to the vets last night without the panic and worry of the costs and that’s all down to the extra financial stability since joining!"

I can certainly relate to Amy's situation having many fur babies at home myself. It is great that we feel more at ease in case situations like this arise thanks to the amazing opportunity we have our hands on.

Tonight some of my friends and customers had great fun while I hosted an Online Disney Quiz I came up with to cheer everyone up on this miserable evening whilst in UK Lockdown no.3.

Of course I had to dress for the occasion with my Lion King hoodie.

Do you think there is such a job as a Disney Quiz Master? 😂 I would love that ❤️

Now I am sat watching Frozen 2.

Yes I am obsessed with Disney 🏰 💁🏼‍♀️

🐹 GUINEA PIG GROOMING 🐹

Buzz has just got the chop. He has INSANELY long crazy hair. We are always giving him a hair cut. We can now tell which end is which. 😂

I’m the holder & Baz is the snipper I’m too much of a chicken. 🙈

He was a very good boy - none of our boys love getting their nails clipped and Buzz isn’t a huge fan of having a hair cut if you find a tuft but nothing a bit of celery can’t fix. He’s now skipping around happy as Larry. ❤️

We have 3 guinea pigs, a Syrian hamster and two Russian Dwarf hamsters (who live in separate cages). We love our furry babies.

Currently sitting planning my week - the first full week of 2021 🤗😯

Bought my new diary & looking over my goals that I want to achieve over the next few weeks, months and by the end of the year.

After having received an incredible, free, 2 and a half hour training session, where I didn’t even need to leave my house - I am feeling more emotionally connected with my goals and more focused on reaching them 💪

Planned what I am doing this week to begin heading for my next goal.

Love the flexibility of this business in that I can still fit it in the nooks and crannies of my day around a full time job and I don’t have to sacrifice down time...in fact it is most definitely a key aspect of my time as I’m sure you’ve read enough of my posts on here now to know that I am a big advocate for the importance of self-care.

Exciting times ahead!!!

1️⃣ Maisie...ok so she arrived on Boxing Day but it was nearly New Year’s Eve before I met her and this photo was taken in January 😂 She is just beautiful, so gentle with gorgeous markings. She has Baz well and truly wrapped around her tiny feet 🐹
2️⃣ Baz and I celebrated our 7 year anniversary of being together 💖 We went to see Michael Ball & Alfie Boe as a last minute surprise treat 👏🏻 They were fantastic.
3️⃣ This picture I took in the Spring - I just like the photo and it is one of the reasons why Spring is my joint favourite season with Autumn due to all the beautiful colours and new beginnings 🌸
4️⃣ Nibbles having cuddles with Baz and falling asleep. Cuteness overload. The last photo we have of him as he died a few weeks later 💙
5️⃣ After losing Poco we bought 2 hamsters Sasha & Bayley. They provide us with plenty of entertainment and cuteness. Sasha in particular is a bundle of energy! 🐹
6️⃣ The beautiful flowers I treated myself to for working hard at my business and meeting the target I wanted to achieve that month. Gorgeous colours 💐
7️⃣ After purchasing my Hercules hoodie in a size MEDIUM thanks to my C9 💪🥰 I felt brilliant after doing that 9 day program. Gearing up to do another one in the new year!
8️⃣ My autumn birthday nails - self-care treat. Got a sparkle shining off my nails with no filter added 😍💅🏻
9️⃣ Me in my new birthday dress which happened to match my nails (again a size smaller than I usually buy) Feeling great after losing weight plus I had my hair chopped dramatically - God knows it needed doing 💇🏼‍♀️
🔟 Finally Baz treating me to a Birthday meal where I received my favourite pudding...chocolate fudge cake and ice cream for free. So kind of the staff to do that for me and grateful to them & Baz for making my Lockdown Birthday special. 🍰🥳❤️

I will be honest I’m not the biggest fan of Halloween but I know many people who do. Tonight I will just be watching Strictly Come Dancing (my fave program).

What will you be getting up to?

These may be strange times but it hasn’t meant my Birthday hasn’t been special this year.

My partner took me out for a lovely early evening meal, we were waited on hand and foot by an excellent lady. They even put a little candle in my slice of chocolate fudge cake and gave me it for free. How lovely of them.

I have had so many messages from my friends and family which is so lovely. Overall feeling happy, loved and grateful 🥰

A lot of people put their health and well-being to the back of the queue whereas it should be right up at the front as your number one priority.

I was looking for a quote that summed up my thoughts on this subject and I found the perfect one (see photo).

Make time for you this Sunday - have a wee pamper, get some fresh air, read a book...do whatever makes you feel good. Self-care is not a luxury it’s a necessity.

I am extremely grateful to have came across this business which has enabled me to focus more on my health and wellness and then help others do the same 👍🏻❤️
