And honestly - that is quite ok with me!
I was nominated for Rookie of the Year as a new Realtor last year.
I worked as hard as I could, I went above and beyond, I really gave it my best effort.
And out of nearly 17k agents, I got nominated!
That in and of itself feels amazing!
I knew DAMN WELL I was not going to win haha, but winning this wasn't my goal.
Making sure I did my work correct as a new agent, and got my clients the absolute best deals, that's what I was focused on.

This is my best friend and now client. We met years ago doing some real work for At&T. That position was grueling, but challenged us to think like adults and be as wise as you can with your cash.
We graduated to the automobile industry and both found success in 'moving the metal', as they say. Car sales will really show you what you're made of quickly - and this guy here truly has earned what's in front of him.
