Current shape day 1813 on the carnivore diet. Straight from bed. No makeup (standard) no filter or editing, just me. Still not restricting, still not tracking and still not going to the gym constantly. The only thing I am going to be changing about what I do is consistency in the gym to build more muscle in my legs and glutes and also for that extra feel good factor. I eat the meat I can afford and crave until I’m full. I do not deprive myself because “it’s too late, too early or out side of an eating window or because I’ve eaten over 3,000 calories”. I listen to my body and give it what it needs✌🏻🥩

I’ve been getting lots of questions, one that’s most commonly asked is which foods I have introduced… I haven’t introduced any foods, this implies that it’s permanent, it was just a 2 week experiment to see what would happen. I feel in optimal health with zero issues when I’m strictly carnivore. My Christmas dinner was just meat, the “cheat” on my plate was apple, mint and cranberry sauces. I have been trying out different junk foods to see the effect they have on me. I haven’t eaten any potatoes, bread, pasta or vegetables. It’s been chocolate and some cakes. I might look into different experiments in the future where I add in some other foods that are not junk to see how they affect me too. Keep an eye out for updates on my journey back to baseline ✌🏻🫶🏻

I had a client call with a lovely lady this morning, no makeup and tallow glow on my scalp 🫣🤣 my client asked me if it was normal to see changes so early on, she has been on the diet for a week and a half and normally suffers on her cycle with heavy bleeding, mood swings, cramps and pain. She was happy to report normal levels of menstruation and zero cramps and pain and also stable moods 🙌🏻🔥She said she’s feeling a lot calmer and has now seen a weight on the scales that she hasn’t seen in years. She believes that she has lost 7lb already. This client purchased my beginners guide to starting the carnivore diet and has been following the advice from it. This is our first 1-2-1 session, she has booked 1 session a week for 4 weeks to get her on the path to success. She isn’t 100% carnivore yet as she has naturally decided to taper down the fruit and veg. I have given her some tips and advice to follow over the next week. Looking forward to seeing this lovely ladies journey 😊🥩🫶🏻
