MANGO STICKY RICE : CANS / KEGS
A dessert New England IPA brewed with lactose, mango, coconut and rice. If you ever wished you had a liquid and alcoholic version of this famous Asian dessert, you wish is about to come true. Be prepared for a smooth embrace of fruits, coconut and creamy body.

We are always happy to return to this NEIPA. A single hop aromatic IPA using the unusual Idaho 7 hop. The incredibly aromatic, fruity and resinous character of this hop creates a fresh intense experience. You’ll also find a nice elegant bitterness – something neglected in this beer style.

NECTAR OF HAPPINESS : CANS / KEGS
This is the flagship of our pursuit to create the most hoppy New England IPA we can. Nectar is a single hop IPA with a clear aim – to embody aroma and flavour of the legendary hop Citra a to do so with minimal bitterness and a pretty thick body. You’ll love it for its fruity, citrusy and tropical flavour.

11 YEARS OF INNOVATION : CANS / KEGS
The Pastry sours segment (sweet fruit sours) is something we don’t venture into often, but since it’s our birthday, we need some cake. We prepared this thick sour for you with approx. 330g of mango per liter of beer, vanilla and biscuit malt. Drink without candles.

11 YEARS OF COCONUT : KEGS ONLY
Ever since we got our coconut extractor, we’ve become a bit of a meme on the domestic scene for the relatively large number of coconut beers we put out. That’s why we decided that this year we must also celebrate this aspect of our production and make a properly roasted stout that will practically overflow with coconut.

MOSAIC 12 : KEGS ONLY
A decorated veteran of our core range, Mosaic Ale is an ode to it’s namesake hop Mosaic, a world-wide favorite hop varietal famous for it’s captivating citrusy aroma and flavor. Light maltiness compliments the refined character of this American Pale Ale.

LERVIG : SALTED RHUBARB VANILLA SOUR CREAM CRUMBLE

Salted Rhubarb Vanilla sour Cream Crumble is a limited release sour beer, brewed as a light dessert beer. A lactose sour ale with rhubarb and vanilla with a pinch of salt to pop out the subtle flavors. out and make this little beer big in flavor. Dessert beer or a all night session beer, you decide.

LERVIG : PERLER FOR SVIN

Loaded with Azzaca, Mosaic and Simcoe hops, this low-bitterness IPA has an extremely juicy aroma to complement the complex mouthfeel. Our extensive dry-hopping and fermentation regiment ensures we achieve the Garden of Eden juiciness. The resulting flavour is in-your-face-tropical mango and lychee with stone fruit finishing notes.

LERVIG : PASSION TANG

We fermented an oat rich sour ale with our house ale yeast and added passion fruit to the mix. Grains of paradise were also into the mix, giving this beer a tropical, floral yet woody character. This beer bridges with those who don’t really like beer to craft beer.

LERVIG : HUMAN NATURE

Human Nature is a light tropical fruit bomb with a tart but refreshing character, Guava juice blended at 20% total volume and a light Berliner style base make this beer the perfect session-able liquid …

LERVIG : HOUSE PARTY

We have long winters and short summers in Norway where we often daydream of being in an island paradise. But usually we just end up at a friend’s house party all night long… And what we drink is House Party – the super-clean malt allows the hops to give their juicy/tropical fruit flavours an unobstructed pathway to your palate. It comes in a can, and it’s completely crushable.

We want you to enjoy our hops so we made this easy for you and loaded up with Mosaic and Citra. We complemented the hops with the best malts from the UK, and tons of oats to make the body nice and simple.
