Most Popular Architectural Styles
Contemporary
14 Popular Architectural Styles That Shaped How Most Cities Look Today
Contemporary and modern styles are popular home architectural styles, which are, in most cases, used interchangeably. However, contemporary styles emphasize on using sustainable materials, being energy efficient, having a lot of natural light, and the use of recycled and non-toxic materials. Contemporary and modern styles might have the same looks indoors and outdoors except for the above few focus for contemporary designs.
Dutch Colonial
This is a vintage architectural design whose origin can be traced back to the 1600s. The style started as a one-room residence for American settlers. Its trademark lies in its dormers, broad gambrel roof, decorative hood over the entryway, and flared eaves over the porch. The house also featured a Dutch double doorway. Initially, the door was designed to keep animals from coming into the house while still keeping the house fresh. The design is also referred to as a “barn house” thanks to its barn-like appearance.
Colonial
The colonial design is among the most popular architectural designs that originated in the early 1600s. It is a style that bears multiple variations thanks to the diversity of American settlers who designed the houses. The design’s emblem lies in its symmetry and its evenly spaced shuttered windows. It also features evenly proportioned chimney, columns, and dormers to give it a formal style.
Cape Cod
Cape Cod homes have been around since the 1600s. The homes designed were inspired by thatched cottages in Britain. Unlike the cottages, Cape Cod homes featured steeper roof with large chimneys as an adaptation to the cold Northeastern winters. Other unique features in this style include cedar shingles, large windows flanking the entryway door, and dormer windows up top. Most of the Cape Cod homes seen in most cities today were built after World War II.
Craftsman
14 Popular Architectural Styles That Shaped How Most Cities Look Today
Craftsman styles are among the 5 most popular home architectural styles. Craftsman styles were born about the same time Bungalows were born thanks to the Arts and Crafts Movement. These house designs emphasize natural materials, including brick, stone, and wood. They also feature wide front porches with low-pitched roofs. Interiorly, the houses sport an open floor plan with large fireplaces, exposed beams, and built-in furniture.
Mid-Century Modern
This architectural design flourished after World War II up to the 1980s. The designs were among the 5 most popular home architectural styles of their time. They are characterized by large glass windows and open interior spaces, flat planes, and perfect integration of nature. After World War II, materials such as steel and plywood were accessible and heavily used in house designs.
Greek Revival
Cities Property Design Guide
Greek revival house designs were inspired by Greek architecture and democracy. The style was so popular in American between 1930 and 1940. It is characterized by tall columns, painted plaster exterior, symmetrical shape, horizontal transoms, bold moldings, and embellishments. Because of its sizeable imposing nature, the style is only ideal on large estates.
Neoclassical
Like the Greek Revival above, Neoclassical style was inspired by Greece and Rome architecture. The style was popularized by the government when they built government buildings using the style. Any home built in this style represented wealth. The homes are characterized by tall columns, evenly spaced windows, symmetry, and elegant doorways.
Prairie
14 Popular Architectural Styles That Shaped How Most Cities Look Today
The prairie house design, although among the popular architectural home styles, was designed to serve all practical needs of a house without being complex. It is a simple home design inspired by the Arts and Crafts Movement. It carries features such as open floor plans, built-in furniture, and natural materials. Besides, the homes are also characterized by rows of windows, flat roofs, and natural patterns.
Modern Styles
There is no limit to modern styles. Modern architecture was inspired by the historical art movement. Most of the houses that fall under modern styles are 50 years old or younger. The houses are characterized by large open spaces, clean geometric lines, functional yet great-looking forms.
Mediterranean
Architecture Style
The design, like its name suggests, is influenced by Mediterranean architecture. The style was so popular in the US between 1918 and 1940. Most of these homes were designed to match the hacienda-style were characterized by arches, roofs with red tiles, and plaster surfaces. The style is still among the popular architectural styles today. It features the original elements of the design, including balconies, ornamental details, including heavy wooden doors and multicolored tiles, and porticos.
Italian Style
This house design is focused more on ornamentation rather than functionality. The style is inspired by Italian villas. Most of the homes have their origin from the 1800s. Some unique features of this style include decorative corbels, porches, doorways, and window cornices. There are also rounded windows, rectangular windows, and columned entryways.
French Provincial
The French countryside designs inspire these designs. This style started in America after World War I. The design carries a decorative appeal and romantic touches. Most of the modern suburban housing developments are integrating the French provincial style, specifically the steep roofs and symmetrical forms.
Art Deco
Art Deco style’s origin can be traced from Ancient Egypt, Hollywood, and the tropical pastels of Miami Beach. The structures have flat roofs, smooth stucco walls whose corners are rounded, and bold exterior decorations. In most cases, the style applies to offices than homes.
Popular Architectural Styles: Conclusion
In a few years, the 5 most popular home architectural designs might not be the top designs anymore – so many designs are coming up. Architects have to keep an eye on the latest trends in architectural styles.

Homeowners have more choice than ever before when it comes to building renovations. Windows have evolved rapidly over the years, giving property owners a myriad of contemporary options.
What are frameless windows – and are they better than normal windows?
A frameless window is exactly how it is described – a seamless glazing option which has no obvious frame around the perimeter. As a new design phenomenon, frameless glass panels are used for balconies, shower screens, glass doors and bespoke conservatory windows. Frameless glazing allows you to create a ‘wall of glass’ if that’s the effect you want, and as fixing and joins are kept to a minimum it provides the perfect, unspoilt view.
In terms of practicality, frameless windows are equal to any windows purchased from a glazing specialist. They are as safe, sturdy and energy efficient, with some frameless glazing offering extra thermal benefits. All windows and walls have to meet strict building regulation standards to conserve energy, so frameless windows will be assessed for its U value just as any other window would be.
Benefits of frameless windows
Seamless glazing has a range of advantages, the first being the supreme stylistic feature it can create. Frameless windows let the optimum amount of light into a room, and provide a chic contemporary element to a building. Aside from the aesthetic appeal, frameless windows are simple and super-fast to install so homeowners can enjoy minimum disruption and lower install fees. Most people choose frameless windows because they complement the design of their home, however installing more glass can also have energy saving benefits. Seamless glazing is often used in commercial buildings because it gives an open feel and provides maximum light.
Benefits of traditional framed windows
Double glazed windows are a fantastic option for the majority of residential buildings, and there is a lot more choice compared to frameless windows. Homeowners can choose the style of glass, the shape and design of the window and the material of the frame itself. It’s still possible to get the contemporary look with aluminium windows which have thinner frames. Aluminium windows are resilient and durable, but also allow for a larger pane of glass to let in as much light as possible. Alternatively, other properties will suit timber windows and UPVC windows which still offer energy efficiency and a unique style.
There is no winner here – both type of windows are excellent quality and the choice will depend on the architectural style of your home.

Also referred to as “Contemporary Aluminum and Glass” or “Glass Garage Doors”, Full View Doors offer the perfect choice for architectural applications that require bright light, open visibility, and a modern, industrial feel. These doors can be used as a standard exterior garage door, an interior partition, or even as a versatile patio door that can seamlessly merge indoor and outdoor spaces.
Aluminum and Glass Doors are often used for restaurants, service and fire stations, car dealerships, and also commercial, retail, and office spaces. With a growing architectural appeal, Full View garage doors are more fashionable than ever and are an incredibly popular option for residential properties.
For privacy, frosted or tinted glass is best, which can also further enhance the beauty and functionality of these doors. More still, with their industrial, anodized aluminum construction, Full View garage doors sections require little to no upkeep other than the typical lubrication and spring system maintenance. (Note: mechanical parts such as rollers, springs, and tracks on any overhead door do still require the usual maintenance and periodic checks).
Pros:
The look. No other door option is as contemporary or “en vogue”. The architectural appeal of this modern aesthetic is on the rise, and is attractive to many home-buyers and business patrons alike.
Creating a Viewing Space. This type of door can be the first step in creating a space with greater visibility and lighting, allowing you to take full advantange of the natural beauty of your property and its surrounding views.
Low maintenance and no rusting issues. Aluminum panels in these doors prevent rusting, and quality glass should last for many years to come.
Wide Color and Glass Options. Rather than strictly brushed aluminum, many manufacturers can also create options such as Dark Bronze, or Powder coat and color customers desire. Also different thickness and types of glass can be used to obtain different qualities like insulation, UV control and tinting requirements.
Cons:
The weight. Full View Aluminum and Glass Doors are typically heavier than the standard steel door which may require additional structural considerations.
Fragility of Glass. The glass used in the doors panels is more susceptible to breakage than other materials.
Insulation. This door is more difficult to insulate and relies heavily on the insulation value of the type of glass used. Aluminum is a good conductor of heat and has an R-value (measure of insulating effectiveness) that is lower than that of a typical steel door.

What Is Stucco Made From?
Three Coat Stucco System: Today's stucco is made from Portland cement, lime, sand and water in it's most basic form and is still what a lot of stucco contractors use because of the strength and being a cost effective formula, in addition.
Plastic cement is usually used instead of a common cement and lime because it has a predetermined amount of lime added to it already which makes a perfect consistency for plaster mud after sand and water is added. Plastic cement is basically common Portland cement and lime mixed together in one convenient bag.
The basic recipe for stucco base coat is three parts sand to one part cement (plastic) and approximately 3 to 5 gallons of water, depending on the consistency you're going for. I made a post that goes into much greater detail on how to mix stucco base coat and is worth checking out if you are looking for more information on the topic.
Finish Coats: The finish coat is the final coat that goes on a stucco wall and is usually colored (integral coloring added to product) and can be a standard cement based finish or an acrylic type of finish.
A standard cement-based finish will use white Portland cement, sand and water that is mixed with a color packet (powdered) which tints the finish product to achieve the desired color that you want. Typically you would choose from a stucco color chart to achieve the desired color your going for but you can also order a custom stucco color, if you would like.
An acrylic type of finish is a lot like paint but has aggregate included into the mix that gives it that "textured look" and is comprised of acrylic, crushed aggregate (like crushed quartz) and color pigment.
The base for acrylic stucco is usually white and a color bottle (liquid) is mixed to the base to achieve the desired color, which is also chosen from a stucco color chart. Acrylic stucco finishes have much more vibrance to them and are brighter in nature and you can custom color match just about any type of color, even specific paint manufacturers colors.
Interior Stucco VS Exterior Stucco:
Exterior stucco and interior stucco are two completely different things that use different materials but have the same basic principles when applying the material, mixing the material and coloring the material.
Exterior stucco uses materials that can withstand the elements that are commonly found outside and two of the most damaging elements include rain the sun's rays. Paper is used on the outside of the building before the base coats are applied, in order to protect the wood, insulation and anything else on the inside of the house from getting wet.
Interior stucco is a little bit different and does not require the waterproofing that an exterior stucco system requires, the one exception to this would be in bathrooms or areas of the house that are going to be exposed to water but for the most part you don't have to worry about this when it comes Interior stucco.

Drywall Finishing Levels
Level 0: Level 0 implies that no finishing of any type has been done. At this level, drywall is simply fastened to the walls or ceiling.
Level 1: This level means that drywall joint tape has been embedded in joint compound, but nothing further has been done.
Level 2: This next level means that you have skimmed a thin coat of joint compound over the tape and covered the drywall screw holes. You can stop at this level if you intend to cover the wall surface with tile, or if it's in a garage intended to be used for storage or a workshop-type space.
Level 3: At this stage, finishers apply a coat of joint compound to the tape and screws. Walls that will receive a heavy texture, such as knockdown texture, can end at this level. It would be pointless to progress beyond this level since texturing will produce a finish that is rougher than level 3.
Level 4: This is the classic drywall finish. Here, you apply another coat of joint compound to the tape and screws and sand the dried compound. This is the level that typically is used when a wall surface will be painted or covered with wallpaper.
Level 5: This highest possible level of drywall finishing involves applying a skim coat, if applicable.
Over time, walls can develop surface imperfections such as shallow gouges, ripped drywall paper, or chipped paint. If you think that you will need to replace the drywall, you might be pleasantly surprised to learn that there is an easy, alternative wall fix: skim coating.
What Skim Coating Is
A skim coat is a thin layer of drywall joint compound (also known as mud) that gives walls a glass-smooth finish. It’s used to repair damaged walls and smooth down intentionally applied wall texture.
Featured Video
How to Tell If a Wall Is Load-Bearing
Some walls have a coating known as orange peel or knock-down texture. Some homeowners may want smooth walls instead of textured walls. Skim coating is an easy, low-mess alternative to chipping away the texture material.
Skim Coat Application Methods
Paint Roller
Rolling drywall compound onto the surface with a paint roller cover and frame is a popular way to apply the product. The drywall compound goes on quickly, and clean up is easy.
Drywall Knife
The drywall knife, which is always used to smooth down the drywall compound for skim coating, can also be used in earlier steps to apply the compound to the surface. This offers the advantage of keeping your tool purchases to a minimum. The downside is that the application is laborious and slow.
Texture Sprayer
The fastest and most effortless way to apply drywall compound to the wall is with a sprayer. You cannot use an ordinary paint sprayer—you will need to rent a texture sprayer.
What You'll Need
Equipment / Tools
12-inch drywall knife
Drywall mud pan
9-inch paint roller cover
Paint roller frame
Paint roller extension pole, 4- to 8-foot range
Fine-grit drywall sanding screen
5-gallon bucket
Paint rolling screen for the bucket
Materials
Lightweight all-purpose drywall compound
Clean water
Painter’s tape
Instructions
Prepare the Work Area
Cover up areas that will not be skim-coated. Shut off electrical circuits to outlets and light switches. Remove faceplates and then cover the outlets or light switches with painter’s tape. Lay down drop cloths and tape them up to the wall baseboard.
Mix the Drywall Compound
Use a light-body drywall compound. Since the compound serves almost no structural purpose, heavy body compound is not necessary. Plus, lightweight mud is easier to sand smooth.
Mix the drywall compound according to the mix ratio on the product instructions. Often, it's better to short the water slightly to produce a heavier, stickier product. This gives the skim coat greater strength, plus it's cleaner to apply. Mix to a stiff, yogurt-like consistency.
Tip
When mixing drywall compound, determine the amount of water needed according to manufacturer's instructions on the product. Put slightly less water than needed in a mixing container or bucket and add compound to the water. After mixing, add the remaining water if needed. Adding the compound to the water is better for achieving a lump-free mixture than adding all the water to the compound at once.
Roll Out the Drywall Compound
Roll out a section about 2 feet wide by 8 feet high. Press the roller firmly into the wall to force out bubbles. Working time depends on the amount of drywall compound deposited on the wall, room temperature, and airflow. It's always better to maintain smaller working zones so that the drywall compound does not dry up on you.
Be sure to keep the drywall compound consistent across the surface. Even though the drywall compound does get scraped off, inconsistent compound dries at different rates, so the process will be easier if you do a consistent application.
Skim the First Section
Skim out the drywall compound with the 12-inch knife. Scrape either upward or downward in columns, applying slightly more pressure to the left side of the knife than the right. This eases out imperfections on the left side, but leaves a low ridge on the right side.
Tip
Do not exert full force with the knife because you will end up scraping off too much drywall compound, and you risk gouging the wall with the corners of the drywall knife. Deposit excess in the tray.
Skim the Rest of the Sections
Make a second pass adjacent to the first column. Again, favor pressure on the left side. This eliminates the ridge on the left. Overlapping ensures that most of the ridges are taken care of by the drywall knife. This leaves less drywall sanding for later.
Sand the Dried Skim Coat
Allow the skim coat to dry. It should dry within an hour or two. Finish with a light sanding with fine-grit drywall sandpaper.
Wall Skim Coat Troubleshooting
Drywall Compound Is Hard to See on the Wall
Set up a work light on the floor to cast a low angled beam on the skim coat surface. This helps to identify high and low spots.
The Roller Slides on the Wall or Gums Up
When the roller slides, this means that the roller is stuck and is not turning. Knock off the roller cover, run water over the roller frame to clean it off, then replace it with a new cover.
Drywall Compound Is Not Sticking to the Wall
The compound may be mixed too thinly. Add a little more dry mixture and mix again to stiffen up the product. Also, walls painted in high gloss paint may not hold the drywall compound well. These walls should be lightly sanded before skim coating.

The times, they are a’ changing. Technology has become more widespread than ever before, and it shows no signs of slowing down. Founded in 2018 and capitalising on the latest advancements in technology across a wide variety of mediums, BeeByte Software Solutions are a fresh software development company seeking to help clients in their digital evolution.

Technology can seem daunting, for those not wellversed in it or its application to everyday life. And yet, it doesn’t need to be. Where once the Internet was seen as this infinitely scary thing that people didn’t understand, new technological advancements have unlocked the possibility of virtual reality and augmented reality, where users can enter into a digital realm in fully-realised three-dimensional glory. One of the firms leading the charge to utilise technology from industries across the spectrum, in a collaborative effort to enhance all kinds of services, is BeeByte Software Solutions.

For more than a year now, BeeByte have been worked relentlessly to establish strong relationships and links with clients across the world, supporting them in their pursuit of digital excellence. More than just a supporter on the side lines however, this Romanian firm get stuck in, developing and moulding technology for clients, caring and nurturing each project as though it were their own. Primarily focused on desktop software development, this technology is aimed at helping companies and individuals of all industries maximise the potential of what is currently available.

Rather than develop a new technology from scratch, BeeByte are instead showcasing the potential of current technology at use within the gaming industry. Whilst there are a number of technologies currently at use within the industry, this firm are focused on the remarkable creative power of one technology in particular; Unreal Engine 4.

The most powerful creation engine that the world has ever seen, Unreal Engine 4 was created by Epic Games, also responsible for the monolithic and hugely successful Fornite: Battle Royale that has swept the gaming world since July 2017. Alongside some of the biggest releases of the last few years including Days Gone and Borderlands 3, Unreal Engine 4 can be used for so much more than video games. BeeByte are a part of the driving force behind getting this outstanding technology into more industries.

Epic Games’ Unreal Engine 4 has had a major impact on the ways that a lot of professions and industries now work, ranging from automotive firms to major movie studios. Filmmakers can create impressive virtual environments, and automotive producers are creating virtual car experiences for potential clients to sit inside a car without being anywhere near it. Perhaps most impressively however, is that Epic Games’ Unreal Engine 4 enables brain surgeons to train and hone their craft with real-time simulation of various kinds of neurosurgery.

With potential limited only by the users’ imagination, Epic Games’ Unreal Engine 4 is the perfect suite of creative development tools ideal for anyone working with real-time technology. Designed to meet the most ambitious of artistic visions, the engine offers world-class services to even the most novice of users. Accessible workflows enable various users to collaborate on projects together in real-time, developing and creating outstanding pieces of art. BeeByte are responsible for taking this creative powerhouse of an engine, and applying it to industries where it can make a real, tangible improvement to the way businesses operate.

One such way in which BeeByte are helping to maximise the global potential of Unreal Engine 4 is through architectural visualisation. Despite still being in the early stages of developing a minimally viable product, the software development firm are keen to show off the potential of Epic Games’ engine to render beautiful virtual reality experiences of small apartments. Aimed at providing a VR experience to construction companies that create apartment buildings, it can help all parties involved with the buying and construction of a dream space.

Help comes in the form of fundraising prior to the commencement of any building work on apartment construction projects. Clients can be provided with a high-quality presentation, and high-resolution virtual reality experience of what their future home space might look like, thanks to the creative potential of Unreal Engine 4. That level of interactivity and being able to move around a space before it has even been built will radically change the way in which apartments and potentially houses will be bought in the future, with BeeByte and Epic Games at the forefront of that radical change.
BeeByte Software Solutions

For BeeByte in particular, bringing that architectural visualisation solution begins with small, affordable projects. Currently on the lookout for investors, there has never been a better time to get involved with BeeByte, looking to fundamentally change industries across the world for the better. With expansion into the electronics industry planned, the firm are looking at just how far they can go with maximising the potential of Epic Games’ Unreal Engine 4.

However, despite the seemingly endless list of benefits and positives that BeeByte can offer to their clients in terms of technological advancement for the architectural and construction industries, the work does not come without challenges. Working with designers and programmers for large amounts of time, each project is challenging in its own unique way. There is also VR sickness to consider, as end users may not be used to using virtual reality technology.

Navigation mechanisms must be designed with ease of use in mind, and for those unfamiliar with VR technology, seasickness and headaches can present a real issue. That’s where BeeByte’s expert software knowledge comes in extremely helpful. Every piece of hardware for each project is considered, with a specific focus on virtual reality hardware and graphics cards.

The quality of the VR experience depends almost entirely on the resolution that certain virtual reality devices have, and the power of graphics cards to make that resolution a reality. Across the technology industry today, there is a sweeping wave of continually-impressive graphics cards, boasting real-time raytracing and other impressive features too numerous to mention. BeeByte know that once there is a price reduction in the highend and top-of-the-range RTX graphics cards, they will become a must-have for any virtual reality hardware.

Between Beebyte Software Solutions being one of the most innovative companies within the realm of technological advancement, and Epic Games delivering constant updates to the already-incredible creative potential of Unreal Engine 4, the future of business is exciting. More and more industries will begin to adopt technology into everything they do, and with BeeByte already working to include virtual reality as part of the architecture industry, there is nowhere to go but up for this incredibly exciting firm.

The pandemic has completely changed everyone’s lifestyle. This major shift has impacted how the property sector forecasts the home and building design trends for 2021.

From flexible working arrangements and restrictions on non-essential travels, major adjustments have highlighted the importance of having flexible living and working spaces. Because of limited movement options, the need for a multi-purpose vibe in every home and building is crucial.

Ahead, you’ll find the latest trends on what makes a home or a building tick this year.

1. Workspaces at Home

Work-from-home arrangements became the saving grace for companies that continued to operate at the height of the pandemic in 2020. While these limits have been eased in most countries, it seems like big tech companies are offering their employees the choice to opt for either a flexible or a full work-from-home working arrangement.

Either way, remote work will continue to flourish in 2021 and beyond. As such, the need for homeowners to create a dedicated workspace in their homes is essential. Depending on the current structure of the home, occupants may only need to perform a few tweaks or make major home remodeling, as necessary.

2. Merging Indoor and Outdoor Vibes

The tourism industry is perhaps one of the sectors worst hit by the pandemic. While some places have bounced back, a huge chunk of would-be tourists remain cautious and refuse to engage in leisure travel.

As such, property owners find solace in bringing the outdoor vibe inside their living spaces. Having huge windows and creating a lush garden are only two of the many things you can do to achieve this.

It helps if the property sits close to strategic outdoor spaces like parks and major transport areas. If you’re looking for a property in London, head on to Luton development to find the right home or building to get you going.

3. Homes With Versatile Layouts

As property prices continue to rise, individuals staying in both purchased and rented homes are finding ways to optimize their living spaces. These properties need to accommodate changes that include an additional lessor or a family member.

Installing easy-to-remove walls can be an option to allow for the easy addition of a new room. Otherwise, buildings that have yet to be constructed can choose to have open floor space.

4. Eco-Friendly Buildings

The market for energy-efficient homes is also growing. From cool roofs that minimize heat absorption, to buildings made from recycled or repurposed materials, construction and home remodelling projects are leaning towards green initiatives these days.

Besides reducing energy costs, sustainable buildings can improve the overall well-being of their occupants. Skipping materials that can cause pollution and using the air-purifying properties of plants, can improve indoor air quality and enhance natural ventilation.

5. Highly Functional Living Spaces

Because homes now double as working spaces, this dedicated section of your building must contribute to productivity. For instance, the windows should be wide and large enough to let natural light in. Adequate amounts of sunlight don’t only help employees read their notes and message properly. It can also contribute to a positive mood, ultimately leading to enhanced productivity.

It also helps to strike a balance between functionality and comfort. So, make sure to include these elements when designing your home workspace.

6. Earthy Tones and Textures

When applying a fresh coat of paint to a home that’s listed on the market, real estate professionals often recommend neutral colours as the safest option. In keeping with the minimalistic trend, homes and buildings will likely stick to earthy tones that provide a comfortable and cosy feel.

Thus, colours like beige, olive, rust, cream, and khaki will be even bigger in 2021, especially in the interior section of a property. A homeowner can never go wrong in using neutral colours to elicit a feeling of calmness, especially with the pandemic still around.

7. Interesting Textures

That’s not to say that you should keep your home traditional, though. Alongside the seemingly all-too-common colour palettes, the trend will focus on interesting textures on all sections of your property. Textured wallpapers and other coverings made from grasscloth and velvet can make your neutral colours come to life.

Going beyond walls, homeowners will consider the rest of the items inside the home, too. For instance, placing textured furniture like a rustic table or herring-bone-designed cabinet, can spruce a neutral-hued home.

8. Kitchen Wood Floorings and Quartz Countertops

The kitchen’s design trend for 2021 leans toward the use of wood flooring and quartz countertops—bumping out marble materials as a highly-sought after material.

Marble was at the top of homeowners’ list for several years because of its versatility. Unfortunately, they’re not the cheapest and most sustainable options out there. With quartz countertops, you don’t need to spend too much or pay for costly repairs. Quartz doesn’t get in the way of your more ambitious kitchen design theme, as well.
