Woah. 🌸 I haven’t had my photo taken for so long— here I am and this is me. 🫶🏻

I am still very much photographing but haven’t been posting the “proof” as often as I’d like. It’s hard for me to keep up as I often get overwhelmed into non-action by my own unreasonably high-standards. I have been experiencing a creative lull of sorts but I know it’s one that I will pass with my move back to my sweet home province (where my love for documentation was born). 🇨🇦

I want to extend the very biggest thank you to my dear friend + past bride Cathy for documenting my face during this unique season. Portraits of under this tree coming soon. 😏

And just like that, Mara and Casey are MARRIED! 🤩✨ It was beyond special to celebrate with these two and bear witness to such a beautiful, meaningful union. I can’t wait to share more love their most perfect day. Until then, congratulations to the Reinke’s! 🫶🏻

Joe and Leah and their shared love for birds. 🪶🌲 These two opted to have their photos at the same park they got engaged and I was so touched by their proposal story. After weeks of scouting for a northern sow-wet owl in a particular evergreen tree, Joe proposed to Leah and then proceeded to show her the owl for the perfect “Disney-princess” moment complete with a handmade ring (the last phone shot). 🦉It was only fitting that we commemorated their engagement at the same park alongside their precious bird-crazy doggos! 🐾
