I LOVED these smash burger tacos that I made for dinner last night. They were so good, there were no leftovers.
I also love that it's so easy to just search the extensive library of recipes included with my 2 nutrition programs. This one was added about a week ago and I couldn't wait to try it.

💫 If you are wondering what I do as a coach, here it is! I am here to help you with your meal planning and prepping. I am a busy mom and teacher and I ALWAYS struggled to find quick and yummy meals that were healthy. So I know how you feel.
💫Before coaching I would grab anything quick just because we had to eat and I had to get to baseball, wrestling, CCD, etc. I was making poor choices but it was a vicious cycle that I couldn’t escape.
💫I was tired, bloated, and I just didn’t feel good. Coaching really helped me learn the right way to eat. No points, real recipes, real food.
💫As your coach I will help you pick a nutrition program that fits your needs. I will share menus, recipes, and shopping lists! I’ll also support you every step of the way.

I have never been an athlete and have always struggled to stay at a consistent weight/size.
Yes, I was happy in both pictures. I have learned as I get older that I’m not defined by my looks, but by the way I feel.
I feel SO much better when I’m working out and eating right. I also learned that I deserve my “me” time. That may be a mani/pedi, a workout, or just some time with my besties.
If you often think, “I’ll start next week”, or “I’m too busy” or “This looks hard” then change your thinking!
