Some before during and after pictures of this recent kitchen renovation, the original worktops don’t look to bad but were poorly fitted and treated terrible leaving a rough, uneven top texture so all changed out for solid oak 🤩👌🏼 New ceramic 1.5 sink and tap fitted, gas hob changed for electric and whole backsplash finished in dove grey metro tiles! A few changes has completely transformed this kitchen 😍

Not posted in a while, been very busy with several different projects, this being one of them…. Shed/Garden Room project, brickwork to match the extension we built last year, Epdm flat roof with skylight and overhung canopy, fully insulated, bifold doors fitted by the lads at , garden finished with porcelain patio tiles and premium artificial grass! There’s even a 100” projector & screen for the summer bbq’s with the football! 🍻 and even a lightsaber shelf 😂 Materials as always, supplied by our friends at 🤩👍🏼

Little damp curing job recently completed for this bay window that had previously suffered from damp issues, old render and hardwall hacked off to let the 9” solid brickwork breath, DPC backed batons fixed to the wall to create an air gap, membrane vapour barrier fitted and overboarded with insulation backed plasterboard, skimmed then original skirting board repaired and refitted, new sill boards and windows retrimmed to complete, no more damp worries for this client 👍🏼

Some additional bits added to this kitchen we fitted 4/5 years ago, new breakfast bar and extra sideboard area, oak worktops treated with a 2 part plastic resin coating for durability and some oak slat panels above to help tie it all together, kitchen still looks as good as the day we fitted it 😍👌🏼⚒️

Finally got the chance to get around to stage 2 of the utility/laundry room at Penedo Palace, some oak work to match the kitchen additions that we have also added, just some oak double doors to hang to complete 🤩👍🏼⚒️

Before, during and after of this recently completed bathroom, the client wanted something nice and simple, easy to keep clean but most importantly safe and practical for her elderly mum, so we added a low level non slip shower tray, shower mixer with additional lower tap, non slip safety flooring and a comfort height toilet to complete, just the door and windowsills to paint to finish the job 🤩

Massive thankyou to and for attending our anniversary show and presenting Cecil with his WBC achievement award for all his hard work volunteering over the last 60 years at and also the very kind donation of new gloves, T-shirts and some amazing new punchbags that are already a favourite amongst our youth boxers, it’s very much appreciated 👏🏼👌🏼🥊

Something a bit different this last couple of days to add to the beer garden… “can you build me a bench out of some scaffold boards and metal stuff… I need it done by Sunday for a party” 😂👍🏼 so here’s a bench out of some scaffold boards and metal stuff.. and there’s a party at Bar 1 Sunday if you want to sit on it 🍻👍🏼

Had the truck in for some branding and the lads at have smashed it once again, fast top quality job as always, if you’re after vehicle graphics or signage check out there work, definitely the best about 👍🏼

This on going project at is really starting to take shape now 🤩 once complete will be the best beer garden in the area and the place to be this summer! Still a few big plans on the horizon to complete and finish it off nicely 😍

Lovely little garage conversion recently completed, nice size office and separate utility room gained… managed to squeeze a new small opening in at the bottom of the stairs for separate access to the utility room, another happy client 😊👍🏼 as always materials supplied by the incredibly handsome manager Dave at who always has the best quality materials at the best prices (so good you don’t even need to negotiate) and has never once moaned about never getting a mention on one of my posts 👀⚒️

Big things happening at , a lot of work gone into this outside bar area so far and still a lot more to do but starting to take shape nicely… will be the perfect summer spot 😎🍻

When a freezer door doesn’t fully open to go along with utility room plans at Penedo Palace, appliance don’t get changed… walls come out 😂 stage 1 complete 👍🏼

Recently completed roof job… original felt was in a bad way so completely stripped, felt and batons replaced for new, 80% of the original clay pan tiles were still in great condition so were cleaned up and re-laid to save the client a good few quid! new fibreglass valley, damaged lead replaced, new cement work on the ridge and verges and the broken damaged tiles replaced for new! Another very happy client now that it’s not raining inside his house 😓

Bad plumbing, dangerous gas pipes, uneven floors/walls & dodgy electrics but we managed to turn it around into something special & all within budget! Pebble grey shaker doors, square edge oak effect worktops, intergrated fridge freezer, double tower oven, gas hob, vertical radiator, intergrated washing machine, oak grain lvt flooring laid herringbone & gloss white metro tiles to complete… another happy customer 🤩👍🏼

While we were building under the stairs we also knocked up this feature wall… completely bespoke… as in made up as we went along… oak shelves and mantle made from worktop off cuts, oak slat panelling, hand made shaker doors, and LED downlights 😍👍🏼⚒️

While working on our last extension project we thought we could make better use of the awkward cupboard under the stairs so we come up with a plan… lucky for us while not drilling for oil the client is a keen artist so come up with a sketch for us 👀😂 we think it worked out pretty well and definitely a better use of all that space 🍾🍷🥂🍹🍸⚒️

Composite laminate worktop install to complete this kitchen, 12.5mm Zenith worktops, under mount sink, drainer grooves and hob cut out… Absolutely kills your router bits and cutting discs but does look the part when finished 🤩👌🏼

Not the most exciting job this week but a very important one for this client and their future raised patio area to deal with the ground levels in the back garden… 25m retaining wall consisting of 400 concrete blocks, 15 ton of ballast, 70 bags of cement, 70m of 20mm reinforcing bar… been a back breaker but another happy customer 👍🏼⚒️

Another kitchen build complete, Wren supplied this time, super high gloss in Forest Green, white marble effect worktops, integrated dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer, few tricky parts with uneven walls and floors and a couple of units to adjust to suit but worked out nice in the end 🤩👍🏼

Few pictures off the tall step ladder… hasn’t been the easiest of builds, few issues along the way but we got them solved.. very happy with how this one finished up, definitely up there with one of the best we have built 🤩⚒️

We couldn’t do all that work and not bring the existing 120+ year old gable back to life… bricks refaced, few replacements and all repointed to match the new extension 😍👌🏼
