𝐼𝑓 𝑦𝑜𝑢 𝑑𝑜𝑛'𝑡 𝑡𝑎𝑘𝑒 𝑐𝑎𝑟𝑒 𝑜𝑓 𝑦𝑜𝑢𝑟 𝑏𝑜𝑑𝑦, 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝘄𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂!
Regardless of your age we each need to prioritize our health. We can get away with putting it off when we are in high school and/or college, but bad health choices will catch up to you much quicker the older you get. Being healthy is the result of making good choices from one moment to the next; spiritually, mentally and physically.
I, for one, know all too well whats it's like when I make a poor choice. Sometimes it takes me a day or two to recover. Like dominos, when one area is out of alignment (or leans too much) the potential for all areas to be misaligned are significantly higher.
Being healthy is not synonymous with having a lack luster life. We can have fun and enjoy ourselves whilst preserving healthier alternatives.
Taking your health seriously only means being mindful and working daily to apply healthy disciplined habits that gives you a sense of pleasure, happiness, and longevity.
