Drawing this logo gave me time to think and reflect over the past few days! Take action don’t just post on insta or Facebook, sign those petitions, watch the YouTube videos donating their ad sense to the BLM movement to help and talk about the issues we still have in our society today and how you can actively support our friends in there journey to get the rights and the respect they deserve.

The Addams Family: The Musical 30/04/2020

In January 2019 I was the Musical Director of 'The Addams Family: The Musical' alongside the director Arianne Mitchell. This was my first time musically directing for Curtain Call and for a musical theatre show rather than an orchestra or a choir. I learnt a lot about the industry and how to be better at becoming an MD. I taught harmonies on Wednesday's 1:30-6pm and was in control of finding and conducting the band. [ 51 more words ]

Theatre Technologies 27/04/2020

In 2018 I took part in a module called Theatre Technologies in my first year which was an introduction to the practical side of scenography. We had the final task of presenting an event that evidences learned practices over the duration of the module focusing on lighting, sound, set etc. We established the idea of a fairy garden as the basis of our presentation, working on singular projects and collaborated together as a whole event that could be opened to a public or invited audience. For the past two years I have partaken in the performance The Va**na Monologues by Eve Ensler in Aberystwyth. After interviewing 200 women she brought together The Va**na Monologues and 24 years later it has been a popular choice to perform in February and March alongside This Girl Can Week and International Women's Day (March 8th). This year we were raising money for Welsh Women's Aid and to raise awareness about domestic violence- their website can be found here if you would like some more information on the charity and their services or would like to get involved: … [ 426 more words ]
