Stress is a natural part of life, but it’s important to complete the stress cycle to regulate emotions and manage our stress responses effectively. Often, we encounter challenges that trigger uncomfortable emotions. Instead of working through them, we distract ourselves, leaving those emotions unresolved.
But what if we shifted that narrative?
🔄 When we allow our bodies and minds to work through these emotions—rather than suppressing them—we give ourselves the opportunity to release stress and restore balance.

Sometimes it's assumed that because of what I do, I have it all figured out. But the truth is, just like everyone else, I navigate life’s challenges every day. And that’s okay.

The Journey to Health and Well-being
Self-development, health and well-being are notions that I have had an interest in for a long time. It gives me great joy to be able to offer advice to individuals who want to make lifestyle changes to become healthier. Even though I do not have all the answers, I do my best to connect the individuals who seek help to an expert in the area they require assistance with.
I had the opportunity to complete a Bachelor of Science (BSc.) in Life Sciences and Master of Public Health (MPH) Degree at St. George’s University in 2009 and 2015 respectively. These educational opportunities broadened my knowledge base and increased my interest in the Health Care Field specifically, Health Education, Promotion, Prevention and Research.
I now have the privilege of working at a health care facility. This experience gives me the opportunity to interact with physicians and patients, as well as, utilize some of the knowledge and skills I have acquired from the MPH program. It has also strengthened my passion to help individuals achieve and maintain their health and well-being thus resulting in the completion of the American Fitness Professionals and Associates (AFPA) Certificate in Health and Wellness Coaching.
My goal is to partner with individuals who are willing to make lifestyle changes that would enhance their health and well-being. I endeavor to provide health and wellness related information, guidance and support to individuals through respectful and unbiased interactions, believing that every individual has the potential to instill positive changes in their lives.
